It was near the airport, and that is what I wanted.

I arrived early and they wanted me to charge me half day, without telling me that I just had to wait until 3 pm. Some how the other girl at the front desk listened and told me in spanish that I have to wait 2 hours not to be charged. The other terrible thing was that they didn`t want to accept my credit card, because it doesn't has the name on it. But that is how credit cards are emmited in Mexico now, for security. I showed the application and as I had reserved with the virtual credit card on my phone, I showed the app to the person at the front desk and after discussing for a moment he agreed to accepted in the machine for credit cards. I believe you have to update yourselves because you will receive many mexicans in your hotel as Phoenix is just around the corner of Mexico.

Recently remodeled room was clean.

Limited parking if you arrive late. The ongoing construction uses up several spaces.

Plenty of choice for breakfast. I met 3 staff and they were all professional, helpful, and friendly. Bed very comfortable and room clean and newly renovated. The free shuttle made getting to the hotel easy. I liked that it was a small hotel/motel. No noise from other guests though some plane noise but not enough to prevent sleep. Pool looked inviting. I didn't mind the light industrial area location since it was quiet.

I thought it was strange that there was no handbasin in the bathroom. After using the toilet, you had to open the bathroom door and use the sink in the adjourning area for ironing. I just hoped cleaning staff thoroughly disinfected the bathroom door! The toiletries seemed very poor quality. I had just travelled from the UK, and the hotel there had shampoo/body wash and hand soap in multi use pump bottles which is more environmentally friendly.

The place was nicely renovated, in and out. The room was very spacious and clean, with lots of storage room. The bed was comfortable. The employees were pleasant. Some people complained that this was in a sketchy area, but they may not be Arizonans (or they may not have been to downtown Portland or Denver). My son and I are from Tucson, and didn’t see anything unusual or alarming. Then, our expectations may be too low. What would you expect right next to an airport? Multimillion dollar mansions?

Noise. People were pulling their noisy suitcases late at night and early in the morning, which was kind of expected. We heard every clacking sound the person above us made, who was probably wearing high heels. The ice machine was only 3 ft away from our room, which generated more noise. Unreliable Wi-Fi. Not great for streaming. Despite the cons, we were highly pleased with our stay overall.

You should not judge the hotel by its external facade or how it looked from the outside. My husband and I had a nice and comfortable stay at Sure Stay. It has the newly renovated rooms with modern amenities. Air conditioner was new and quiet. The receptionist LK was very nice and honest. I forgot my driver's license at the front desk and LK the ever-honest receptionist brought my driver's license to the room. The breakfast was good. The price for the king bedroom was very reasonable and unbeatable with breakfast included.

Maybe the location but as what I have said it is quiet and so far, peaceful.

It's a clean and nice room with good hot water and ac. It was nice to have a fridge & microwave too. The modern lighting over the bathroom area sink was nice too I'm also grateful that management mad an exception to pay by my Venmo Debit Card. The Front Desk Clerk was not going to let me stay.

I didn't like that I was able to pay by my Venmo Debit card for my last 3 night stay at this hotel 3 months prior and either the policy changed or I was allowed to break the rules. I would not have booked the reservation if I knew that they didn't expect my Debit Card.

I liked a lot the free shuttle service to and from the airport, really convenient and it can be requested even really early in the morning!!! The breakfast was great, the bagels, donuts, muffins... the coffee, the fruit, all better to begin a new day of adventures in the Valley of the Sun. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was really helpful and kind. The hotel is around 30 minutes or less by bus to downtown and with bus stops near the hotel!! Highly recommended!

The only big black dot on the white sheet, was that we forgot some items in the room, when we check out, but we didn´t figure about that out till when we had departed and we finished unpacking... We called the hotel and the cleaning staff had not given them anything, so... Please, we have learned the lesson of not forget things... but you should contract more honest employees to stop forgotten items robbers...

Access to the airport and airport shuttle.

It wasn’t clear that the shuttle only went on the top of the hour from the hotel to the airport. (Though it did run from the airport to the hotel every 15 minutes).

Refund for First Day’s Deposit Dear hotel manager, I appreciate the convenient location of the property, as it is just 10 minutes from the airport. However, I was concerned about the smell of marijuana in the hallways. Additionally, I am still waiting for the refund of my first day's deposit. I have attached a photo for reference. When I was there, I spoke with the front desk representative, who informed me that I would receive my refund within approximately five days. However, I have yet to receive it. Everything was very clean and great light in the bathroom, power in the shower and comfortable size for the bedroom and bathroom. Since we were sharing a room with four of us women before the other room was available, and getting ready for a memorial service, it was great to have the separate toilet from sink area and lots of space. The free airport shuttle also worked very well.

The neighborhood may not be that safe for walking at night but was totally fine in the daytime and it felt safe to park and stay at the hotel.
