Remodeling was going on and the central areas looked great. Restaurant service was great. Really enjoyed the burger. Fruit at breakfast was really good. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze and water was provided upon check in. Staff was very helpful with check in and out.

The bathroom shower did not work as designed. The lever on the shower faucet did not work properly on half of the water went to the shower head. No ink pins in room and front desk was unable to provide one on request. Really irritating and unexpected from a Hilton Property.

I liked that every staff member i saw greeted me with a smile. The room was clean and fully stocked, easy access to the elevators, easy access to the building at all times and check in/check out were quick and easy.

I wasn't thrilled to have a room right by the elevators, however, I was surprised that it was so quiet during the night and I didn't hear any noises of traffic from guests coming in or out of rooms.

Very friendly staff, rooms were spacious and clean, we arrived late after our 5 days of hiking / rafting in the Grand Canyon and despite the fact that their restaurant was closing for the day the chef offered to make us a nice salad with grilled chicken since all of us were starving. Shuttle bus service was on time and very frequent.

Customer service: I was abandoned by my airline in the middle of the night and this hotel made a very stressful situation easier. Checked in at midnight without a glitch. Room was clean and lovely, breakfast was good (not free, but I didn't care, since the airline will eventually be paying).

This is not a 4 star hotel and I didn't expect it to be. It is a classic business traveler hotel, and that's fine. But the staff WERE 4 star.

Close to the airport with excellent shuttle services and helpful staff. Really good as a transition hotel for someone going to the airport especially. Restaurants had a little of everything. Staff really paid attention and even checked in.

It’s really all about the airport in that neighborhood. But it’s a perfect airport hotel.

I made my reservation through Hilton app. However at Some point BookingBuddy took over the reservation unknown to me until after the reservation was complete! I had no recourse and made my real reservation again but through Hilton. So I currently have paid twice for the room. I am very disappointed that Hilton would allow Booking Buddy to override their system.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport, which is the reason I picked it. The room was clean and I really liked the friendly shuttle drivers. I called the hotel when I returned from my flight and they sent me a link to follow the driver as he made his way to my location. That was very helpful. I did have to wait about a half hour which is always the issue with using hotel shuttles as compared with using airport shuttle services.

Booking.com indicates free parking which is misleading. I stayed at this hotel because I was traveling. I factor in the cost of the hotel stay with the parking savings. I had to pay to leave my car at the hotel while I was gone, but it was cheaper than the pay parking lots. Anyway, be aware you will have to pay to leave your car.

Every thing was graet.

I requested a wake=up call at 2:30 A.M. to catch a plane at 5:00 A.M. Did not receive the call. Luckily my wife set her alarm on her cell phone as a back-up. Not a big deal, but it could have been. Other than that, everything was excellant.

The room was clean and smelled clean. The Breakfast was excellent. The Servers at the breakfast buffet were friendly and quick.

No working Laundry facility. And the fast the front desk was not aware???

Breakfast was great, lots of choices and great food. The location was very handy to/from the airport and central to all of our destinations (Maryville, Sun City, Parago park, Tempe. The staff was very friendly and helpful (front desk, restaurant, bar).

Because it was on a main road, it was a bit noisy on weekend nights due to road traffic.
