Staff were friendly and welcoming, shuttle transportation was nice. It was clean, the pool was nice.

I had to keep getting keys made because my door wouldn’t open then I realized it’s not the keys it’s the door. Having to swipe the key 10x just for it to open was annoying. Maybe the door battery was going dead. The bed was too low for my liking and the toilet flush was so loud.

I liked while staying on the second floor housekeeping still left a little gift basket of towels and items even though I did not have my room service. Everyone throughout the hotel was really attentive and anything I needed more than willing to help

The bartender India is a really lovely friendly woman who makes an exceptional Manhattan.

I asked for a bathtub at check in and there was none when we got up there so had to go back down and change rooms.

Location was great. Very convenient to the airport. Would have taken advantage of the airport shuttle if we had known they were running at 3:30a.m. Hotel was extremely clean! Restaurant on premises was great! Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast as we left so early. Will stay longer next time!

The carpet in the room was filthy. I took a shower and walked into the room, then back into the bathroom and my footprints were black. Yuck

The friendly staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms, you could not hear the freeway through the windows, the decor was modern and updated, parking was easy & the bed was very comfortable.

I have nothing to say here. We loved this hotel :)

Beautiful hotel. The shuttle drivers to the airport were so so friendly and so helpful. They really stood out and made our experience fantastic :)

Check In clerk downgraded the room I had paid for and put me on second floor when I had booked, for more cost, a larger 'Concierge King' room Told me there was no King in the larger room. Did not offer to adjust my rate, so I ended up with doubles on the upper floor. This should not have played out like this in front of the client.

Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice walk in shower. Had a balcony for a nice view of the highway and airport. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of parking available. Will be staying again.
