Hotel was nice, clean and modern. Room setup was a little strange, with the bathroom sink and mirror sitting directly across from the bed. Breakfast was nice, and the location was great for easy access to the airport. We stayed here because we had an early flight out of Phoenix so the drive from the hotel was only 10 minutes.

I liked the location near the Airport and ASU. I attended a football game at ASU and it was a fast weekend trip, to the convenience of being near both places really helped. Also, the free airport shuttle was a nice perk.

Overall, the hotel is very nice. The breakfast well-stocked, the rooms clean and attractive. I had two issues that I couldn’t fix because of the shortness of my stay and my late check-in: No control over the A/C unit and the room was very cold. Perhaps the hotel pre-programs all rooms with the same temperature, but I could not change the temp or turn the unit off. No adjustments were possible. Also, the channels on the tv set came in very fuzzy and not clear. I only stayed one night and was tired when I checked in, so I did not bother to call anyone about these issues. Again, overall the hotel is very good and I was happy with my stay.

The breakfast at this property was amazing. The food was delicious. I love how they offered actual plates and cups instead of paper. It just felt very much like restaurant vibes. Also, we loved the shuttle service was able to take us to a concert close by and the staff was very nice and professional.

The only thing I would say is the bathroom kind of smelled like old I don’t know if it was the sewer possibly

I loved the front desk staff and late night kitchen. They went above and beyond offering me food and drink after a 15 hour day on my feet. Me and my pet felt very cared for. The bed was luxurious and my bathroom was impeccably clean.

The pool hours made it hard to swim when I have to be to work by 8:00am and the day I could lounge around at 9am the pool was closed out of order.

The rooms were spacious and well put together the view was okay and the beds were comfortable

The bathroom lighting starts very dim and then gets bright after about 5 minutes, the balcony was dirty had some kind of feces on it so we could not go out onto it and we did bring it up to the staff immediately after checkin and left for a couple hours only to return to it still there, wish the breakfast could go until 11 it ended to early to be able to get down there just would be a nice courtesy. Otherwise nice hotel for the pricing!!

The room was bigger than most. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly. Made sure we had all we needed. We all had a pleasant stay. Love that you couldn't hear the guest next to us nor people walking in the hall. thank you all you all for the great experience. We truly did had a great time together.

Price, surrounding area, pictures online were deceiving. Property looked much nicer in photos, than first impression. However, after setting out to walk the parkway along the river, we realized that the area was under some major renovation/improvements. Initially, the area looked run down and unsafe, especially the neighborhood behind the hotel. Logistics to the airport was our main focus, with the ability to walk/hike. Looking for rooms less than $300/nt, The advertised price was fairly good, but the added taxes/hotel fees, of nearly $45 more, pushing our cost close to $350. Glad we only needed it for one night. the breakfast was good, but the conference room where we ate was NOT a nice place to eat. That set up needs much improvement...

We had come from Prescott where the hotel was not as expected and we were disappointed. So when we arrived at the Hyatt. it was incredible. So nice we didn't want to leave for dinner and ordered in. The room was huge! They had everything we could possibly need. The shuttle to the airport at 5:30 am was free. I got the flight time off by 30 min. It was such a relief to see she was ready for us 20 min earlier than expected. Friendly and accommodating driver.

There is not one thing I can think of. The place was AWESOME!

We arrived late around 10pm at airport, called the hotel and they sent the shuttle for us right away. The girl at the front desk was new and there seemed to be a problem with being assigned a room, but eventually we got our room which was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and kind on arrival, allowing my children to have a piece of fruit in the fruit bowl from the breakfast area when we arrived at the hotel. Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast the next day was awesome with a huge variety! Cereal, fruit, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, coffee/tea, juice; lots of options! This hotel offers free parking as well. Check out was easy with no added or hidden fees. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Room was nice & big. Checking in was easy. A lot of parking & breakfast was great. The gym was awesome. New equipment

The door yo the shower was to close to the toilet so hard to get around when the there’s a family of 6 trying to use shower & ones trying to pee. The sink, had I believed it was a double, that was a plus.
