This was a great location, especially arriving late from the airport to find that the Whole Foods just downstairs was open until 10pm. So we could get breakfast fixings and make our own breakfast in the room the next morning. Everything was comfortable and efficient and spotlessly clean. Nice toiletries.

Some of the lights were confusing (or broken?) and we never managed to get them to work properly. Also the whole rigamarole with the fobs was trouble, but the descriptions were clear and we managed it smoothly and understand why it was necessary. It would have been convenient to have more than 1 set of fobs for splitting up as a group. Parking is now $20, for those who want to know.

Great location! Whole Foods is just downstairs, and it’s very close to the campus. The intersection next to it has a CVS that’s open 24 hours. The room had everything we needed, including a private washer and dryer, as well as a full set of kitchenware. This was our first time staying at a self-check-in place. When we arrived downstairs, there was almost no signal, so we couldn’t check the locker details. However, after verifying through the phone, we quickly received the password and instructions on how to get in. If we visit again, we would definitely choose this place again.

Make sure to check your email for the self-check-in instructions and details three days before your stay, and do this in an area with good signal. Otherwise, you might run into some trouble.

Appreciated the warning about difficulty getting keys etc but it wasn't too hard - turned it into a scavenger hunt with the kiddos. Room had wear and tear in several places, but nothing too egregious. Super convenient to be in the same building as the Whole Foods. Outdoor 'hot tub' (warmer section of the pool really) was a nice perk, as were the beautiful meeting rooms, gym, foosball table and other amenities. Nice to have in-room laundry too. Overall 9/10

Sofa bed wasn't made up, paint peeling in places, cutlery a bit hard to find in pantry instead of drawers. Washer and dryer stank a bit when opened from not being aired out, had to run a cycle on empty to get rid of the smell before washing clothes. Overall, though, these were just minor inconveniences and we had a great time here!

The location was great and easily accessible to the ASU Tempe campus plus Mill Ave which has a great restaurant scene. The amenities that the complex provided were great and it was right above a Whole Foods which made it easy to pick up necessities. Would definitely stay again!

The view of our apartment was facing a heavily lit parking structure which made the entire apartment be pretty lit up at night. Black out curtains would definitely be a great add to make a better experience. Also be aware that parking onsite does charge $15 a day.

The location in downtown Tempe is excellent and having a Whole Foods in the same building is extremely convenient. Our unit had a large kitchen with all the amenities, plus a washer and a dryer. The apartment was clean and stocked with toiletries and coffee/tea. I felt like this was a home away from home, and I would definitely stay here again.

Properties listed with Booking have had their email systems hacked and Booking is trying to keep the hack under wraps (Google "Booking.com hack"). I got a phishing email for this reservation that looked EXACTLY like a Booking email and even had my real confirmation number in it. The email said I had to "repay" my reservation and sent a fake link for the payment. Fortunately I DID NOT fall for the scam, but when I reported it to Booking, they blamed Sonder and told me to change my password. I feel Booking is doing a terrible disservice to their customers by NOT sending everyone an email alerting them to this hack. They are ruining their reputation and potentially ruining many, many vacations.

Loved the location, close to a bunch of restaurants, 10 min from airport/Tempe Market Place. The pool was great and it was really nice having a Whole Foods on the main floor for those staying a longer trip. Unit 6009 was awesome facing into the pool so it was a quiet view and I’m a light sleeper so the entire stay was quiet in regard to sleep.

The water pressure for the shower was horrible and the hot water was hard to find and wasn’t very warm (although I think the building had an issue with it because it was shut off the one day to fix it). The thermostat also seemed to keep defaulting back to 72 when I would turn it down to 69 at night. I’d wake up warm/sweaty in the middle of the night to find the temp jumped back up to 72 somehow. Not sure if it’s an energy saving setting but I’d turn it back down about 3am and then it stayed cool until I woke and turned it back up.

Nice cold pool lol. The area around the pool was very nice. Lots of students due to ASU. Locating fob was no problem. Washer and dryer were really large. Location great streetcar right outside. Lots of nice restaurants. Bed was comfortable. The Arizona room on the 9th floor was great.

Furniture could use some updating. Kitchen chairs not exactly comfortable. Thought it had a balcony but only a few inches you need apartment with balcony. Door code is annoying sometimes took 3 tries. 2 items out of 4 or so reported not fixed. Sometimes more questions than answers on the Sonders app. Ceiling reminds me of an unfinished basement wall. It is unfinished and needs painting. I had to ask Locals about recycling, the gate was actually locked ! Really get a recycle bin for the apartment. Note to Sonders you need to fix your bathroom sink drain plug, it does not work and had to pry it up with my fingers to let water drain.

Location was perfect for me being close to ASU campus and helping my son move out of the dorm. Being above the Whole Foods is also handy to get some groceries. The place was quiet and easy instructions to get into unit.

A ice cream cake was left in the freezer by the previous guest. So I threw it out upon arrival. Also the shades are not black out so the sun rises early in Tempe. It gets bright in the bedroom so bring a sleep mask if light wakes you up.

Spacious clean apartment, great location, big closet for clothes, nice bathroom, great decor, nice view. grocery store conveniently below the apt building. Kitchen had everything needed to cook, make coffee etc. Lots of pillows and bed very comfortable. loved having washer and dryer in the closet at no charge to use. Quiet location.

Lighting in the bedroom was very dim. Could have used some extra lamps. Bedside lamps were very dim. Also warning when entering ramp garage with a larger SUV takes a little practice as the curves or ramps are a bit narrow. You can do it but it’s tricky. Smaller car to rent would make it easier.

They had me pay for parking when one parking came with the booking need to be more clear on this matter because on the booking.com website it said that we needed to pay for parking but then they turned around and said that one parking space came with it and I paid for parking when it came with the stain
