We loved our stay at the residence Inn! It hit all the notes: location (easy to walk to many restaurants, shops, outdoor hiking trail, Tempe Town Lake, beautiful view of A mountain, felt very safe walking around the area), rooms were clean comfortable and had everything we needed, fabulous extra amenities - hot tub, fire pit, gym and a generous breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly helpful and always there to greet you. We loved it.

Wonderful place to stay. Walking distance from lots of bars and restaurants. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was amazing, they provided different items each day. Short ride from airport as well as other close cities like phoenix and Scottsdale. Highly recommend staying here you will not regret it. Check out this view from the balcony. The ‘A’ Mountain was a great easy hike.

Great location, nice rooms and nice facilities.

My booking got screwed up due to auto populating my name backwards. Byers, Tony vs Tony Byers. Therefore they said I didn’t have a reservation. Turned into a comedy of errors. Then it looks like I didn’t get genius credits for the 4 night I stayed at the hotel.

The view of the city from the pool area, our room, and the location was close to everything…

other guests were awful just leaving their trash by the elevators in the parking garage… other than that was an awesome stay!!!

Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Nice view out our windows.

Pool was only 3ft deep. It was a bit odd. The jacuzzi when the jets were on the water pressure would create a fountain behind you. No way to not keep your hair dry if that is important to you.

Breakfast was what is expected. A bit cozy if you hit the rush hour! Hotel was quite full as we were there for graduation. Location is absolutely perfect for graduations in the stadium or basketball arena. Just a short walk away and easy to avoid all the stadium parking traffic as lots are on the other side of the stadium. Could not have worked out better for our purposes. Also we had a suite with a balcony where we could see the fireworks for the College ceremonies we weren't attending too! Very festive and fun. They also had nice afternoon treats celebrating the grads. Hotel did a great job.

Pool is only 3 ft deep. I guess that is easier when on the roof. But it was fine. Just kind of funny. And little kids will love it. My kids are all over 6 ft -- hence the funny part. Also wish towels were slightly larger.

The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices for food. The location of the hotel was ideal. Thd proximity to the. Ampus was ideal. The size of the room was fantastic. Although we didnt utilize the kitchen, it was nice to know we could have bought groceries.

One of the TVs did not work.

Everything staff, location and really just clean and comfortable. Definitely spacious and a good time to celebrate my birthday!

Have stayed at this property 3 times. Each visit, the staff was excellent and extremely helpful and kind, rooms and lobby always very clean, great breakfast, excellent location near ASU campus

Associate were very helpful & accommodating. Service truly made this experience better , Jamaicana was amazing .
