The first thing that stood out was the customer service. I checked in Friday June 20th. The person at the front desk provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Location was clean, modern and has great amenities. The room was also different from other locations. My wife and kids loved it. The pool was really great and temperature control. It was really nice having things nearby. Starbucks and in and out were a walk away and the freeway is nearby.

The room was spacious, the pool was exquisite!

The room we were given was in use or not yet cleaned. The light above one of our beds was out. Which we use for reading. The room was noisy. Disappointed in pay for parking as well as a simple breakfast. Overall, not a good value.

Very homie and welcome you when you first walk in lobby and room. Very clean , ac great, bed awesome only thing was that I had problems with the fridge and couldn't get my drinks cold. Goes off a d on other than that, it was a great stay. Definitely will recommend

The mini fridge didn't work most of the time

The staff were professional and courteous. We were able to check in early. The only problem I had was when the associate failed to explain the incidental fee vs payment not received by Booking.com. But Jason from Booking.com took care of the situation.

I still have yet to receive my reimbursement for my incidental payment.

Well located, comfortable and clean. Recently remodeled. Excellent value.

The parking arrangement is a bit complicated with a QR code to scan and personal information to be entered including license plate number.

The property was in a calm area, places to go eat were walking distance, and overall the hotel was calm.

Only dislike about the property was that I went to the bar that’s in the lobby, as I order my drink I noticed lipstick stains on the cup, so I believe that as a bartender you need to make sure that your glasses are clean before serving a guest.

I thought the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly! I am an early riser so when I would head downstairs to the lobby, they recognized me and my need for coffee immediately (which is nice when traveling alone)

Nothing what I hated was booking.com customer service that ruined my whole stay.

I liked that the staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few restaurants within walking distance. There were more across the bridge if you have a car. The room was clean and the bed was soft. The air conditioner was already going when we checked in. Overall, pretty happy. 😊

The walls are a bit thin but the neighboring rooms made sure to stop all music/noise by 10 pm. The bathroom door was a sliding door, which was a little weird but it did the job of privacy. If you're bathroom shy around others, maybe put the tv on... 🤷🏽‍♀️

The staff was friendly. Spacious room for parking. Good location. Generally it was a good experience.

The hot water wasn't really hot, espcially for a shower. Bathroom lighting was too dim. A sock was found under the couch (maybe left by the previous guest)
