The facility was well kept, the room was very comfortable and had plenty of space. The morning breakfast was a huge bonus and I was so happy with the extended pool and hot tub hours, it was perfect for us!

I did think it was a bit odd that someone placed chairs in front of the pool entrance and exit walkways blocking off access before the adjacent bar opened, even though the pool was already open. It was not a huge deal, we just went around them but- had there been some kind of emergency that could be a problem as there are only 2 access points, both which had obstructions.

Beautiful property . Fairly new. Very clean ! Comfortable bed, easy parking access, free breakfast , accross from many convenient stores . LOVED having access to a laundromat on property, cheaper than in room wash&fold and very convenient as it is located across from the gym . You can do laundry while you work out ! 24/7 staff , very responsive. Overall great property ! Breakfast had a variety of choices , but the food was overall ok.

Breakfast : quality of the food could be better. Eggs were not fresh, it tasted like those powder eggs mixed with water. Also wish there was more fruits options. Cleaning : I wish they would clean the rooms once daily. The rooms were very clean but we came back to a room not cleaned, with towels still dirty and no clean ones ( but once we call they were very quick to deliver fresh towel)

The location was perfect with needing to fly out of the PHX area. We didn't want to stay in PHX so the location was perfect for us. There were a variety of restaurants in the area. The staff member, Brandon, I believe his name was absolutely amazing. Very friendly. Would stay again when we come back to the area.

The breakfast options when it came to fruit was a little limited to compared to other Fairfield locations. The food that was severed was good, would have just liked a little more choice of fruit then just whole apples.

My friend and I had a great time at this hotel, the bed was super comfortable and we slept great, the shower was good, it was pretty quiet, there are lots of snacks and drinks available for purchase downstairs. It's right across the street from Tempe Marketplace which we went to a few times. The TV has the YouTube app and the curtains block out most of the light though some does still come in through the bottom. We didn't want to leave!

The filtered water in the lobby tasted like mold or chemicals

Loved the pool design and decor . The cactus plants gave the desert vibe along with the boho furniture.. felt like a vacation . The outside fans and misters were awesome! The inside felt clean and fresh . We loved the equipment in the gym and the windows overlooking the pool area . The rooms were spacious and clean . Sheets were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and everything was well stocked and replenished. The water station was great for refilling our water bottles

The music wasn’t on by the pool. Would have been nice to have a band or live music on Saturday nights by the pool on the stage . Shower door leaked in our room and the bathroom floor was wet and slippery. Room 236 .

Breakfast was excellent. The menu rotated and had delicious quiches, frittatas, and soufflés! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area and hot tub are very nice! Right across the street from the Tempe Marketplace, too!

It was clean. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Nice large bathroom. Refrigerator worked great.

Noisy. While I couldn’t hear the people next to us there was some noise that woke me up from either next door, above or below. It sounded like someone was moving furniture!

It was literally across the street from Tempe Marketplace and like a 10min drive to Tempe Beach lake place. Staff was so friendly and attentive.

Everything was great no complaints although there could be more hot food options for breakfast but not really a complaint

The checking in experience was horrible. Christopher M at the front desk was rude unfriendly because of him will definitely never staying at this hotel again.

I was really happy with the front desk and the lady Tanya. She was very pleasant, friendly and nice. JT was also nice. The property was very beautiful, and clean. The location was in a perfect area. I will be staying there again.
