Our stay was so great! The beds were so comfy, the room was clean, they provided lots of towels, I loved the shampoo/conditioner/lotion bottles in the shower/bathroom, so convenient and there was no need to unpack my toiletries. The parking lot had plenty of parking spaces and was well lighted. They have a little store by the front desk in case you need a snack or beverage. The rooms were quiet. Breakfast was great! Lots of choices like potatoes, omelets, sausages, waffles, fruits, cereal, oatmeal, juice, water, coffee, bagels, and danishes. Great selection and delicious! I also loved the little goodie bags they have available at the front desk upon check out which came with an orange, water, a bagel and spread for the go. So nice of them to offer this, thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Nothing, I didn’t have any issues with my stay at all. We will definitely stay there again.

The view from my room was really nice and the pool area was cute and kept clean. The property was located near a lot, there’s a in and out, del taco, little store right next door for drinks and snacks and the breakfast was great. The staff was excellent. Ubers from this location are pretty reasonable and it’s also located close to the airport.

The rooms could use a few updates like the carpet was a little dirty and the sink had a crack but other than that it was a wonderful room and the bed was comfy and the air worked great in the brutal AZ heat.

I loved the online check in and digital key and online checkout!!! I didn’t have to interact with a single staff person! That was great!!! The breakfast was also really good.

It would have been nice to have maid service. I don’t know why hotels don’t have maid service anymore. Probably just so they don’t have to pay more people. They should at least take out the trash, make the beds, and replace the towels.

Choices of 2 flavors to make your own hot waffles for breakfast & change of meats rather than serving bacon every morning as well as change of type of eggs..not scrambled daily..but omlettes too. Coffee ALWAYS excellent..never ran out with all condiments well stocked & counters were always clean despite the people traffic.

More seating??

Breakfast was complete and I enjoyed the fresh fruit in particular. Loved the location as it was a straight shot to my family's residence and into Scottsdale.

The AC controls were funky; I tried the wall-mounted thermostat, with NO results. Turns out the unit was controlled from the actual AC unit. The old-fashioned way...

I absolutely loved this Hotel, so clean, hot breakfast 😋, hotel room so comfy, amazing price... Everything was perfect...

The location had alot of shady people wandering near the hotel ( parking lot, and next door to hotel, and sometimes the lobby) that made you feel a little unsafe.

We chose this hotel for a one-night stay after a long flight to Phoenix airport. It is conveniently located, just a few minutes from the airport parking lot. The room was spacious and well maintained. A little bare, but with a nice big bathroom.

A few more decorations in the big room would have been nice. No comments on room size and bathroom size.

Lena checked me in with ease and explained all the amenities on site. Appreciate the African-American man with locs.In the morning we would bring out breakfast and frequently wipes/santize surfaces...with a smile at 7am!

Too bad streaming services such as Hulu, Netflix etc were not available on TV within room.

Staff was excellent, they were very friendly, and helped me get an earlier check in which was very helpful. The breakfast that was provided was amazing and had lots of options and sides. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable

I liked the location of the hotel.

Our tv kept freezing and we were informed that the sensor for Direct TV was disconnected and that was causing our tv to only have one channel. The king sized bed was a bit hard to sleep on. Wish it was layered with another comforter or had more padding
