Great location, lovely staff, great price! Traveling for softball and this hotel was was perfect! Staff was amazing! No breakfast but didn’t matter, I fast! Coffee was amazing and available all morning

I’m assuming there are residents at this property. Kinda weird but seem to be watchful and friendly.

The bed was really comfortable with good pillows, the room was clean and spacious, the facilities were adequate, the pool was clean, the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were very nice and appreciated as I had forgotten to take any! There was a coffee maker and you could get more coffee from reception, if required. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. It was a nice location with a beautiful park area across the road. Good sized car park.

Being British, I like tea, so it might have been nice to have a kettle to have a choice to make tea or coffee, and maybe a biscuit or two. It might also have been nice to have a bar or restaurant on that side of the road - there are places with shops/pizza/wings etc across the busy road, but just a Taco food cafe on same side and no alcohol. There is a restaurant right by the motel but it didn't open until late - passed tea-time for families and those just grabbing a bite to eat in between trips.

Location was central for our visit. Facilities were clean. After requesting new pillows (twice), bed was comfortable.

The place was very busy and only 1 front desk staff who was working exceptionally hard. But forgot to exchange pillows at my first request.

Thoroughly enjoyed the property however I felt extremely bad for the staff as their hands were tied and many things that could make the place even better. The owners sense of reality for today’s economics is less than stellar.

I was very unimpressed at how the staff’s hands were completely tied and so many areas when it came to just booking the room. I mean, if the owners would realize that this is the 21st-century 2024 and the Apple Pay and Chime and all those other wonderful online banking tools used the exact same money as US Bank or Bank of America life would be so much easier. When you don’t even give your general manager the opportunity to make decisions why do you have her just a micromanage somebody I mean save yourself the money and call and have the house cleaner do it.

This is our fourth stay here in five months, it’s one of our favorite places to stay. The price is always right, the rooms are always pleasant, the pool and the hot tub are our favorite part as they are clean with the perfect setting. The location is perfect as it’s not in an area that’s overcrowded by businesses, but close enough to a lot of places where you don’t have to travel far to do activities. Elia Seems to always be at the check-in desk whenever we’ve been there, and she’s great and always gets us well taken care of.

The only thing I recommend would be to have a couple of more towels and more bars of soap available in the room.

Lovely comfortable beds.

All rooms should have a safe facility. This was not the case, so we asked to move to a room with a safe. During our stay there was a problem with water leaking from the 1st floor. We had to move rooms, and we have been promised compensation, which should come through your company.

Staff are all very friendly, things are kept clean, and the location is great.

Wifi unfortunately only works if you happen to get a room closer to the office. Despite my trying to not incur roaming charges, my phone and tablet frequently lose the wifi signal. I also cant get any of my computer work done as my laptop can not pick up the wifi from my room, and the hotel has rented the public lounge/business centre area out to some private group.

Good location, staff was good, price was amazing, it was pretty clean.

The window was open when we got there and we didn’t realize it until the next morning. We were also right next to the ice machine and were probably loud all night and half the hotel probably heard us lol. So check your windows! Also the button on the hot tub for the jets is kinda strange, you really have push it hard and fast to get it to work. Two minor issues.

Friendly and helpful receptionist who arranged the most suitable room location for us, everything we needed in a very clean room with coffee machine and coffee at reception freely available too. Well positioned, looking straight on to the Park for running and walking, 20 mins from Sky Harbor, 7 mins from Scottsdale Old Town and across the road from a "Fry's" supermarket and other shops. Non pretentious and good value for money.

Jessica at the front desk was the best! Our room had issues with the thermostat settings the first night. She made every attempt to remedy this and in the end upgraded us to an excellent room for free!! She was friendly, fun and very accommodating and up to any task to make our stay the best it could be! THANK YOU JESSICA!!!

Only SMALL issue were the rooms facing the park were warm at the end of the day and the AC, although trying it's best, wouldn't drop below 82 degrees. No fault of the staff, and again Jessica did and EXCELLENT job accommodating us(:
