The location in Old Town Scottsdale was quiet. No loud street noises. The room was clean and smelled nice. Well lit at night. Easy to get onto the 101 for travel. I liked that they responded to my request to change out the old rusty bathroom faucet. The water comes out really hot, which is good for the shower. The bathroom was adequate, with a nice sink and counter, and the shower curtain was substantial. Hot water was also nice for cleaning dishes in the kitchen sink. The chars in the kitchen were nice and comfortable. The laundry facilities were clean and took credit cards. Although there’s no soap available for purchase, so bring your own.

The bathroom exhaust fan, although rather large in size, did a poor job moving air. Toilet paper is a thin single ply. The kitchen cabinets appeared to be worn and I’m sure are on the renovation list for the future.

The location is excellent for the price, and the people who worked there were so lovely. It's not far from Old Town or downtown Scottsdale, and it's close to the botanical gardens and great restaurants. For the price and quality of staff, I'd really consider coming here again.

The rooms are small (we did get the smallest one after all), but it's not a down side since the space was utilized wonderfully with shelves in places there could be.

Great location, cozy and clean apartment for good value of money. We did stay only for 2 nights but wish could stay longer.

We did enjoy our stay and there is almost nothing to add. Possibly could be some cutlery included to the apartment so no need to go and ask all the items you need for cooking. Otherwise everything is available at the reception for no extra cost.

Loved the locale and friendly staff. Easy to get everywhere. Loved being able to walk to baseball stadium.

Not always quiet at night.

We were not aware of any breakfast being available. That question is actually surprising.

We might have heard less traffic noise if we stayed in one of rooms on the inside corridor, and if the door flashing was not damaged. Cars speeding down the busy street were a bit much. However, the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

location is the best can walk and enjoy ole town..shop be safe.

bad drivers in a rush to get to mall almos got t run over lady in front of Walgreens ..need speed bumps on way into street

Great spot right at the Southern part of Old Town Scottsdale. Very walkable to quite a few good bars and restaurants.

the staff was wonderful, super friendly and helpful and could get me whatever I needed to make myself more comfortable and the location was great. the room was spotless when I got in.

the key cards get too easily demagnetized and I got locked out 5 times. the staff was helpful every time though. even holding the key in the hand my watch was on would do it.

Location was great, close to restaurants and shopping, so you didn’t have to drive..

The breakfast, little to none healthy choices, out in the open where many hands were touching ~ With Covid numbers still high, this was uncomfortable.
