Nice comfortable room, check-in was smooth. We like the breakfast option and the coffee was good! We’d stay here again.

The property is within a 5 minute walking distance from Old Town boutiques and restaurants/cafes. The King room was very large, well furnished, and comfortable. Reception staff was very courteous and allowed us to access the pool after checkout as we had a late flight out of Phoenix. The wi-fi is very strong as we had online access by the pool.

One of only two elevators was out of service and being on the 6th floor this meant going up to the room/down to the lobby sometimes required a bit of a wait. The breakfast was varied but a bit lacking in taste refinement (fruit bowl could have been fresher, some plain yogurt would have been nice). Also, maybe getting a coffee machine that makes cappuccinos would be nice. Additionally, it would be great if staff conducted maintenance in the pool area after breakfast in the morning or the early evening as having a hammer banging on metal during the middle of the day when you’re trying to relax is a bit annoying. Lastly, pool should be cleaned on a more regular basis as debris in the water was off-putting.

Room was clean and hotel quiet. Liked in room coffee. Bathroom was spotless. Appreciated accommodations for smokers.

No sheets for pull out bed. Slept on sofa with one blanket. Breakfast food was cold but it was removed from my bill. Bathroom door so close to toilet I hit my knees. Pool water was cold. **Back door leading to pool was NEVER LOCKED. Anyone off the street could enter.

The room structure with separated sitting and bed area, desk, and coffee bar was great! The bed was VERY comfortable! The AC was amazing because we could turn it down real low so we got a great night's sleep - ICE COLD & marvelous! The lobby had a little bar so we got 2 martinis and took to our room at checkin to kick off our staycation. They also had a nice variety of snacks and meal options. It was a great choice, I recommend this location.

Everything was great, truly. The bathroom was a little tight, could benefit from pocket doors. The hotel seems to be slightly dated, but some areas have been remodeled. Example: elevators and flooring. It's not terrible, but they could use a little refresh.

Room was clean, though a little dated. Staff was very friendly. Location was great for our needs.

We were disappointed that our room was not made up after the first night, because we neatened it to make it easier for the housekeeper. We later found out that rooms are only made up after a third night, which surprised us in a Hyatt.

We requested to have our room cleaned. It WAS on the every other day schedule, but we slept in...we were on vacation. After calling, they said that they would try, but didn't promise anything because it was after "noon". It was fine as we were going in to out last Day there, but it was needed pretty bad. A bit disappointed, but didn't ruin the stay.

Since we travel with a service dog, We always ask for a room on the 1st floor, and they had one for us, right by an exit door that made it especially convenient to take our pup out for walks and such. Also, there was a dog area with bags nearby to clean up after her. Breakfast was great with so many options and lots of fruit!

Wish there were apples in the lobby for snacks

The location is perfect for what we wanted, never a problem for parking, Rooms are a good size, and the aircon was fantastic. There is a safe in the room, which is a must.... The pool was a nice size...

I feel the hotel is getting old and tired. Thankfully, they are in the process of doing it up room by room so it is having a face lift, and the price I felt was on the high side... Cannot write about the breakfast as didn't get up in time for it...

Very close to the Honor Health Hospital on Shea . Immediately off the highway but quiet . Very clean quite spacious room . Actually a suite . Room 225 was bright and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean with toiletries . Reception staff was friendly, helpful and courteous . Breakfast was unimaginative but adequate . Good overnight experience .

All seemed to be good .

Location was very convenient. Walkability to most everything in Old Town.

Reserved a King bed, got a room with 2 beds. Only to later find out there is a VERY noisy late-night club adjacent to the hotel, and if we wanted a King bed, we would be on the side of the hotel closest to the noise. Very Odd.
