Great location! Close to the SF Giants spring training. Easy Ubers drives and also great easy way to catch a golf cart cab. Loved the hotel! Loved the excellent service from MJ the host. Very attentive! I love the ambiance of the hotel. Classy, smelled heavenly! I even bought some Hilton Hotel sticks from the gift shop area!! The beds were super comfy! We were happy to have stayed here! Thanks again to MJ!!

I loved everything about this hotel. First of, It is an Ideal location for any adventure - 20 min from the airport, walking distance to bars for night life, 10 min drive to the best restaurants, spas and mall. This hotel has all of the amenities you can think of in addition to valet service and free parking. Outside of the hotel being absolutely beautiful - think Tulum, Mexico - there was such a warm and inviting ambiance. Guests and those visiting the restaurant, Cala, were so friendly. (Cala had great food and in Friday the bar is the the place to be.) Lastly, this is the best hotel staff that I've EVER encountered. Every single person went above and beyond to meet our needs and make us feel welcomed. One night we had leftovers and no microwave to warm it up.. the staff hand delivered their microwave in the break room so we can eat at 1am! I will definitely stay here EVERY time i'm in the greater phoenix area.

I travelled with a group of 4 and getting ready was difficult due to the tight layout. We didn't have a space to store 3 checked bagged suitcases that wouldn't be in the way everyday. In addition, there was a lack of lightning in the room, specifically in front of the mirrors, so getting ready at the same time was difficult. However, we were on vacation and everything else exceeded our expectation that these weren't a deal breaker.

Great location, very clean, lobby bar was great, staff were fantastic, Cala restaurant had great food and servers were super.

The pool is in the shade the whole day. Also ads imply the rooms have direct access to the pool from the room. This is not the case. Also paid the same for a room on the same floor as the pool but on other side of the hall. Also no bar service in pool area ???

Everyone was super friendly and was able to check us in early! I appreciate that so much as we had a bunch of family joining so worked out perfectly to get everyone organized!!! Valet was incredible, as she remembered my name and my car the next day!!!

Everything was perfect!! We will be back for sure!!

I had a spontaneous meeting room need. The staff rose to the occasion. Renting me a conf room and seeing that IT needs were met. This was done in a matter on minutes!

I love the smell of this hotel, the cute lobby, the amazing restaurant with great cocktails and the room! It’s all so clean and located walking distance to a lot of fun bars, restaurants and shops

This hotel is in the heart of downtown Scottsdale. It is sheik and busy, but the staff and service remains professional and friendly. I would 100% go back. Thank you staff from reservations to valet drivers and restaurant staff for making my stay pleasant. And the price?! Wow!

I had breakfast and the food was seasoned well, but the grits were pretty runny. However, the restaurant staff and management were more than accommodating to resolve the issue.

Everything was great, didn’t want to leave and I had great views of the mountains and the sunset and sunrise. It was a blessing
