Was my second stay. Outstanding experience, we’ve seen a lot of 5 star places around the world. Kids said this is one of the very best ones, and this is “only 4 star”, but it has sooo much more. I do recommend staying in the suite with kitchen and washing Maschine. It does make a difference when travelling with kids and it gives you a bit more space as well. There are options connecting to another room instead of having a rollaway bed. For us, the suite with rollaway was enough to fit beds, 5 big suitcases and 4 pieces of hand luggage. Yes, it does look wild! Pool area super nice, very friendly service (Alex is amazing), front desk always friendly, professional and helpful. Concierge and parking always nice, friendly and super professional. Convenient store in house with incredible pricing for a hotel. Big big bottle of Fiji water 4 dollar, half bottle of champagne (Laurent Perrier) 40 Dollars - might sound strange, but if you compare prices around states and hotels, this is super fair!!!! In Walking distance to Old town, Fashion mall and many more.

Great location, excellent staff, room service breakfast excellent. Zuzu dinner was fair, excellent housekeeping and valet parking, pool was large, beautiful flowers and placed smelled wonderful. Drinks were good. Loved the mis century vibe and vintage guitars on the wall. Cool lights. I loved the placed, has a root top hang out, 2 hot tabs, gym and great staff

The pool pass thing has to go. I went to the pool sat and they have this thing like a theme park for people who are not at the hotel to use the pool for a day and the have a loud DJ that plays from 10 am to 5 pm. It is backed up and packed. They do have a smaller lap pool that is traditional. TV works off and on, to get news etc, you have to use a bell boy to pull your luggage in and out of the room, they have like 3 carts so if you have to catch a plane out plan accordingly if you have luggage and/or went shopping. It is not very quiet with that DJ and it attracts a younger crowd that drinks far too much as becomes vile sloppy. The bartenders did refuse a number of drunk young women and it got heated. But I still loved the place and will go back again and again. Every place has issues.

Excellent location, extremely comfortable beds and rooms and surprisingly quiet at night! The pool has a great vibe, fun but not too wild - although I wouldnt bring my kids lol. The food at the bar and restarurant is fantastic and both have fun vibes as well. The bar staff was amazing and welcoming. The hotel has a suepr cool mid-century style and is located walking distance to many amazing restaurants but you do need an uber to get to the main club/party strip.

The location is absolutely perfect. So many places that are in walking distance in Old Town. I was welcomed by Lucas at check-in and he was very nice. The staff at valet were also nice and helpful. I had a 1st floor room with two beds. It was clean and had lots of room. Beds were comfy. We had services at the Spa and really enjoyed it. I would recommend this property and will stay here again on future visits. Thank you Valley Ho!

Funky look and comfortable rooms. All very well renovated.

Price gouging on everything. Parking super expensive right next to free street parking. Don’t pay for it. Huge prices to lie down on stained mattresses by the pool. How crazy that even though no one is using these beds the hotel wants to charge for them. Also received two or three emails per day prior to my stay. Eventually blocked them.

They have two pools, one is a little more family friendly the other pool reminded me of Vegas. Bar, music, food and good vibes. I also LOVED the huge soaking tub in the room. We cannot wait to come back here. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant but it looked nice. Staff were extremely friendly. My husband and I were at the pool without the bar, a staff member went out of his way to bring us water bottles.

Decor is awesome — entirely retro 60s Rat Pack vibe but with modern convenience. I was here in high summer so very low occupancy, so very comfy to move about. Dining room menu is outstanding!!’ Close to arts district so fun walking.

Only stairs to second floor rooms in the older section and no valet to help schlep luggage

So clean. It had a great pool vibe. Great lighting in our room which is important to me. Staff was helpful. Location was perfect. Could walk everywhere.

Nothing we didn’t like. The ONLY complaint and it’s minor is our first day at the pool, the server was slow and inattentive.

Location in Old Scottsdale perfect. Room super clean and large (King bed pool level). Staff very helpful and happy to host you at Valley Ho. Walking to restaurants. Close to shopping. Pool was great and very clean. AirCon great during +100 deg days.

Felt luxurious & clean with friendly staff. Loved the bathtub in the center of the room with the mood lighting!

Rooms should be renovated as our room had a few cracked and loose tiles, paint refresh would make the block walls in the room look cleaner.
