The location was a little farther from old town than I expected, but it was a nice walk and wasn’t too far at all. It would have been nice to have some breakfast options available for free, the American breakfast for purchase was extremely limited and expensive. Thankfully we had time to go to the restaurant across the street for breakfast before heading to the airport

The location, room with the balcony, bed, pool and hot tub were great. I like how restaurants were close. Some of the staff were very friendly and gave great advice for places to go.

The breakfast is a little confusing. I feel like you should have more sides for free with the choice meals if people are paying extra for breakfast. I loved the pool however, I like to swim at night and the pool is supposed to be heated it didn't seem like it was.

The staff person Kathy was very pleasant, kind, & friendly when checking in. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about what the facility had to offer- food, bar, pool & fitness. Kathy accommodated me with a view of the mountains when I requested it. I was very happy with the room! It was clean and updated!! I loved the location in Scottsdale. It appeared to be safe at night.

The heat and there was nothing you could do about that!

The lobby was very quiet and welcoming, nicely decorated. Practical location in old Scottsdale . Bed was super comfortable and sheets were soft

Room was a little tight , bathroom is clean but nothing cute , very plain

Location is excellent. Easy to walk to Old Scottsdale and good access to Phx Sky Harbor airport. All staff we met were exceptional kind and helpul.

Having to pay for parking seemed a little too much. There is plenty of parking at the hotel and the surrounding area. No other complaints about this hotel.

Big room, good location, quiet

The bathroom could be cleaner and a bit dated. The taxi ordered at the reception is a scam and totally unreliable. We were waiting for 30 min when it was supposed to be there in 10 min. The receptionist called 2x to ask when they are going to get there. Charged 2x the price of Uber.

One elevator was not functioning all week. Night time is too warm with heavy bedding in the desert

Overall I was looking for a place to stay near downtown. This facility was available, clean, and staff was attentive. I would certainly stay there again if I’m traveling thru the area.

Staff was great. Helpful and friendly. Location was good and easy to find with plenty of dining in the area.

Noisy street that runs along the side of the property. It is a busy street so there was car noise into late night. The bathroom in the room was a bit tired and could use a refresh.

I love this location in Scottsdale. The staff are fantastic as always. Very clean and quaint rooms. It was our 39th wedding anniversary and once the staff found out they treated us like royalty. Thank you Marriot
