Check in was quick and smooth. We had read that Alan wasn't very friendly or helpful, but he was great--knew what he was doing and was friendly. Pool was nice, room was spacious. Breakfast pretty good (burritos, omelets, cereal, bagels, pastries, juices, milk, yogurt...the pictures show a waffle machine, but it is not actually there, so no waffles. But overall a good variety and we had plenty to eat and even took an apple to go). Bed was comfortable. Loved the photography (regional nature) on the walls in our King room.

A couple things were a little worn or outdated, but not anything I care about. Many things have been updated. Honestly, I really like our stay here. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and clean.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place. It's like a good hotel that comes with everything you expect a hotel to provide you with. I used the washing machine; we enjoyed the clean outdoor pool and the hot tub; the breakfast is very good and offers variety; the staff was helpful and very welcoming. Lots of parking spots around the building. It's really close to the airport as well as to the freeway, but neither of those have any negative impact on staying at this hotel; we could hear and watch lots of nice and entertaining birds from the pool area, and the planes above were of low noise level. The beds are comfortable, and room and corridors etc very clean. I'd come back here anytime.

I don't find anything to complain about this place. Maybe the credit card payment at the washing machine and dryer should have worked, because we didn't have enough cash with us... but, well, how much can you ask for... I'd come back here anytime.

Location was convenient and hotel was kept very clean. Room is very spacious and bathroom and bed area was kept clean at all times by housekeeping.

The breakfast could definitely have been better. The bacon seemed undercooked and the omelette was just plain. Scrambled eggs would’ve been a better option. The organization of the breakfast items should’ve been a bit better with appropriate labeling of where certain items were.

The room was very clean and smelled great. floors, bed, furniture and sofa were very clean and the air conditioning was wonderful.

The only thing that I did not like was that there was no access through the back entrance in the late hours. It was not a big deal, but parking in the back and walking all the way around to the front was a bit of a hassle, especially when carrying stuff.

My room was nice and big, A/C worked well and you could adjust the temp with a thermostat rather than just turning the a/c on and off. The staff was very pleasant, and the room was quiet.

I would have enjoyed an area to sit outside in the shade to read , make phone calls, relax. There was a pool area, in the sun, with umbrellas but they were never open to provide shade.

Exactly as described at their online site. Clean. Rooms and property. Friendly efficient checkin and out. A REAL newspaper, USA Today, I missed these! Free breakfast and coffee (in my room too) but I was headed tp Airport and didn't partake. Although I didnt take advantage this time, it's in a highly convenient location, Just off the 202 and barely off the 101, close to shopping, The Tempe Town Lake (maybe a mile walk to be lakefront!), restaurants, ASU, and the airport. I got more value here by far than if I'd stayed even closer to airport. I was 20 min away, no more than 5 minutes.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. After just spending a week at 2 other locations, 1 with very uncomfortable beds, this wrapped our trip comfortably. Also the breakfast was pretty good considering the times we live in now and what you find at other places.

Getting there is a little tricky, I missed my corner both times, once coming and once after going out to eat, but I just had to go around a couple blocks to get back to the right entrance. The Pool was a little small, but there wasn't anyone using it so it was OK for our group this time.

The pool was alway clean. My room was clean. Felt safe! The staff was great! Miss Shelly was very accommodating and helped me out be made me feel comfortable! I would definitely come stay again!

The vending machine! did not work properly. The water dispenser tasted yucky! It tasted like a disinfectant! Three other guest agreed!

They told me they had extended our stay and they did not. They called and were going to pack up our i. we were a couple of hours from the hotel and could not get back quickly.

front desk service was a 10! vary nice an also didn’t have any problems the room was clean it was a nice view though it would be more comfortable if security was on site other then that we all got some good rest the room we got was a vary nice size
