The hotel was easy to find, and the staff were efficient at check-in. Breakfast was okay and was as good as one can expect from free hotel breakfast. I liked the front staff. When I told them about the poor night I had. they moved us to another room. Ava from the front desk went beyond my ask of moving us to the opposite side of the building. She found us a room that was the last one in the corridor (farthest from the elevator, and away from other noisy guests). I appreciate her thoughtfulness. The second night was very restful, and the new room worked very well for us.

The first room we were given faced the back of the building. A train line runs next to the hotel. The noise from the train - the bell and the rattle - made for a poor night of rest. In addition, there were noisy guests who were noisy till late at night. The soundproofing in the room was poor and did not insulate against the noise and disturbance. There is also a lot of construction going on in that area. We ended up spending quite some time driving out from that area on Saturday night. There was a game, and the construction had blocked a lot of streets. It resulted in considerable traffic chaos and made for a stressful and unpleasant experience. I realize this is not a fault of the hotel but reflects on the potential inconvenience to guests choosing this location.

The hotel is beautiful, the kitchen staff friendly. The location is perfect, the only thing I would like to mention is that the front desk staff was talking bad about the guests. I know that sometimes as a worker you vent about your clients, but I really think those conversations should remain in the staff lounge room. Other than that the hotel is great.

The morning front desk staff very unprofessional, and the night shift guy that checked us in very dry and didn't even looked at us when he was addressing us. We stayed for 5 days at a Hyatt in another city and everyone there was so courteous and polite.

Comfortable bed, could fit my whole family (we were 5), breakfast included (i had only selected hotels with breakfast included), rooftop pool and food at the restaurant on the rooftop

I asked ahead if they could provide a crib or any kind of portable bed for my daughter, they responded "no" which surprised me. Then upon check-in they told me they actually had some.

Centrally located, close to everything; very clean, modern, really good toilet and bath, exceptional quality of shampoo, conditioner and body wash; well-sized room, very comfy beds and pillows; bfast was good, free, much appreciated;,friendly and accommodating staff who allowed us early check-in! Thank you so much.

Only reason why I didnt give a 10 rating was the lack of free parking. Had to pay $16 daily at a the adjacent Novus parking.

Did not have breakfast. Location perfect for ASU softball games for my granddaughter. The staff is your shining star above all else. shout out to Grace at the front desk and Paul in security that helped me locate my husband who is confused and recovering from a stroke, Thank you all!

I prefer dinning in a restaurant. I resent paying for self parking. Online it said $12 but I was charged $16 per day. I prefer valet parking. I appreciate assistance with my luggage. The towels are being overly dried and retain am offensive burn smell. This over drying uses excessive energy and costs you money. The morning breakfast odors permeate the front lobby, not in a good way.

Same as my previous stay. Love the location and cleanliness of the hotel as it is within walking distance of the Rock n Roll races. Room is small but comfortable for price.

I unfortunately was disappointed with the staff of booking.com and the staff at the hotel this time around since I was still charged for a 3rd night despite me calling the day I made the reservation to adjust it and they had told me that they did no problem. Then I showed up to check in to the hotel late at night and the staff at the hotel told me that I was still booked for 3 nights but it was no problem they could adjust it. Lastly as I was checking out the lady told me that I was still booked for 3 nights and there was nothing they could do about it so that was disappointing because I may need to consider a different hotel next year I am doing this race even though I really do like this one.

The parking. The parking garage is shared with other properties and occasionally has issues with Hyatt hotel keys. The staff told us if there is an issue just take the card they give you and Hyatt will validate it. Well, go figure there was issues. We took the card got it “validated” and it still wanted to charge us 48 bucks to leave. We went back to the front desk and they validated it again just to have the same issue. We ended up just paying the 48 bucks because we were late for our flight. Really irritating and ridiculous.

Plenty of breakfast options. Convenient location close to restaurants and public transportation. Nice to know it had a bar, which I didn't use. The bed felt comfy and clean.

The AC unit was loud in my room. Made loud clicking noises when running. The shower head did not have much water pressure. The mini fridge in my room was difficult to open and close. There were a few marks on the rug before I got into the room. There was what looked like a cigarette bud under the desk in the room.

Ver nicely maintained and professionally run hotel. It is not too far from many great restaurants and bars if you have car (otherwise, you may need to walk little further). Rooftop bar and srwimming pool has good view and beautiful sunset but with minimal service. Reception and breakfast place servers are very nice.

I think that it is littly pricey for the location. No great bakery or coffee shop nearby. Not much local information available at the reception.

the rooms were decent sized, the beds and pillows were comfortable. And the breakfast was good. the hotel was within walking distance to many things so that was also a plus.

the pool was tiny for how large this hotel is and it says they have two pools, but that is not the case. there is only one pool and that is on the roof. the rooftop bar next to the pool never had someone in it and when the hotel was booked they didn’t say customers had to pay 15.00 a day to park in the parking garage. the front desk staff had only one nice and personable person named Grace and a gentleman that was there during the night. the rest of the front desk staff were not friendly at all.
