I love the fast check in experience and breakfast was pretty good.I just want a fun hotel for night with rooftop pool. Love the views and near all restaurants and Cross the Street ASU. We just down there for family reunion. Just what I was looking for night. Love the room was it like small apartment size. The kitchen was pretty cool to have guest over to have a meal. Pretty sweet room. and close to light rails and bus system. And clean and security pads all through the hotel and the garage.

Only thing I didn't like the sheet were wrinkles. But the bed actually were pretty comfortable. I had a good night sleep.

There was a whole wresting camp staying there at the same time we did. The elevators were smelly and the laundry room was a disgusting mess. The wrestlers would go up to do their laundry and strip down to their underwear and then they would throw other people’s laundry on the floor if the cycle was complete and they needed the washer or dryer! So rude and disrespectful, they also ran up and down the halls all night making a lot of noise, if I had known it would be this way I would not have stayed regardless of how great the rooms were

Location was really good for our stay.

Only cleaned the room once during the week we were there and we had to regularly ask for supplies for the room.

The staff was excellent, very helpful. The rooms were nice and spacious.

The restaurant had a limited menu due to the game, which was understandable. But then they also closed the kitchen several hours early. Pick one or the other. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Especially in an "extended stay" environment. We purposely chose this hotel to have everything we needed. Pool was smaller than expected.

At first, it was a little rocky because when I came to check in, they couldn't find my reservations. The lady kinda was getting frustrated with me giving me attitude. Luckily, the nighttime manager was able to help me out. He was a tremendous help. I can't remember his name, but I truly appreciate him.

I wish the staff women especially was a little bit more friendly

Room is modern, stylish, comfortable. Kitchen included fridge, microwave and dish washer. Center island doubled as work station with a comfortable chair. Lounge area has comfortable couch, foot stools. TV pivots to face either lounge area or bed. Spacious bathroom with shower, no tub.

The location is great, but the 8 minute walk to light rail in 115 degrees was a challenge.

Very clean, excellent breakfast buffet, close to ASU campus, very gracious staff.

I think the fitness room needs at least one more treadmill as well as 5 lb. and 8 lb. free weights for those of us not as strong as the average weight lifter!

I love the room and how clean and very nice it was than my house lol. Very quiet on the roof top which was nice. Not crowded.

My only issue was that I paid $15 for parking and couldn’t use it properly had to go back and fourth to the lobby for assistance. Then last time exiting the check in man had to go all the way out to let me out with a QR code. I am not the only one with the issue hole place had the issue. The room was a bit small. Pool was very dirty and small

Excellent stay, we loved the location. Friendly staff and overall clean property. We loved the rooftop pool area, nice way to relax.

I noticed our room could have used a bit more attention to detail from the cleaning staff. The tops of the tile in the bathroom were very dusty and along the edges of the carpet had some crumbs left behind. But, overall, nice room.

The layout of the room was great and very clean and it had a nice view like the TV that swivels to the bed or to the couch the the king size bed was very comfortable with the pillows were excellent the front desk workers were very professional and very nice

I like everything about the room
