It is conveniently located a block down from Sloan park a short walk through a beautiful park with a lake to restaurants or convenience stores even walmart and bass pro shop The staff is wonderful! They know me by my name! And almost everyone else as well! David is the bestest! Always smiling and appreciates your stay any chance he gets not robotic he sincerely means it he’s so polite respectful and friendly ready to help you at whatever hour even if it means sending you to the hotel down the street because I needed stomach relief meds! Even if the Sheraton did not have any David knew where to get them! And if you need anything Nancy hall will come to your rescue even if you need a zip tie! She honestly is a hero The cleaning crew does a fantastic job EVERY DAY! They don’t ask if you want they just clean your room daily! And super clean! They are so friendly too! Like being home with family! And the staff at stats! Omg! Cole! John! Cassie! They are great and the older lady at breakfast buffet sorry forgot her name is on top of everything no waiting for coffee to run out she’s on it! The weather was great and the pool was too! The room is actually larger than others flat screen with streaming bathroom shower pressure was phenomenal I’ve been staying here over 10? Years won’t make the mistake of trying the new hotel ever again! Reasonably priced for what you’re paying for. PLACE IS GREAT!

The room was very nice

I checked out with an employee named John. When I checked my account later in the day, there were two transactions for $174.00pending with my bank account. I called and spoke to two different employees, Nancy and Mary. I was told the error would be fixed, it was not. This overdrafted my account by $ 50.00. I asked to speak to the manger, I was told her name was Stacey, I left two voice mails on the office phone and two on her personal cell. I never got any call backs, no apologies. Nothing to try to make me happy about my stay. We stayed at this hotel, because it seemed reputable. We will not make that mistake again, I felt very disrespected, noone cared to rectify the situation.

The hotel surpassed my expectations. The staff at the front desk was very nice and professional. The hotel room was clean and extremely comfortable. The location, as well as the area in which there was a park was very nice!

If there was any issues, I feel as though the parking situation should be addressed in terms of expanding the parking area for guests. It felt a little unsafe walking from the park's parking area back to the hotel entrance, as there was little to no lighting in the crosswalk. Vehicles had to slow down last minute.

Nice hotel and spacious room.

1 - The pool was dirty and not clean. 2 - I expect from a 4 star hotel to receive minimal service when I call the reception and I have to come to the lobby and look for someone to receive a 2 empty plates. I called the reception and was told that I should go to the lobby and ask the bar for 2 empty plates. I got to the bar and was told they didn't have plates to give out, but I saw people eating at the bar with plates.

The property was clean and modern. The furniture was current. my room was clean and in good repair. We got a king size bed and it was like “sleeping on clouds”, according to my husband. I really liked the pillows. it was also very quiet. I did not hear other guests, unless I was out and about.

The restaurant sucked. it was overpriced and the food was underwhelming. The service was so/so. The hotel staff was great, though. They were welcoming and polite.

Our room was hot and we could not cool it. Called and staff said they would check on it or change our room. Waited 20 minutes with no response. Had to leave so called again and Joni was ON IT! She came up in 2 minutes, saw the situation, gave us another room on same floor, brought a cart and helped us move. We made our event in time. She was awesome. 1st staff was never heard from again! Joni is a jem.

Room air conditioner didn't work.

The front desk associate was very friendly and informative. The facility was very nice and easy to navigate. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable, however the lighting and power source was a bit confusing in the room. Overall it was still pleasant.

The amount of towels provided was very minimal and I had to request towels through the app. However they were never received so I actually had to go down to the front desk and ask the attendant for some.

The staff was exceptional. They were very accommodating. The best nights sleep we have had in a hotel. It was very clean. It is located next to a wonderful park. Food and necessities were within walking distance.

Had many amenities such as pools, indoor bar, coffee shops, and all-day meals. The rooms were very comfortable and had a fair amount of space. The bed was so comfortable it felt like a cloud. The staff were very professional, informative, and quick to help me with any questions or service needs.

Our room was way at the end of the hall Would've liked room closer to elevator When I selected king bed for booking it stated it was 2 queen beds when I tried to call motel and clarify I wanted a king bed I selected they redirected me back to booking.com they didn't assist in getting me in a king room.
