Location was where we really wanted to be for our visit to an event, lots of places to eat close by and being right across from the street from a police station made me feel real safe! I will stay here again when I come back!

Our first room, on the 300s floor, the refrigerator was not working. Also, our room had a door between the room next door which I really didnt like. Next time I will make sure to request a room without that door. When we moved to the 5th floor I loved it! The only small criticism I will give is that there was a paint or acrylic smell on Friday. It would have been nice if there was a sign alerting us that painting would take place. It wasnt too bad I only smelled the strong smell in the hallway and elevator. The smell lasted a few minutes in our room, so we made sure to keep the door closed or close it quickly when we left the room. Other than that the room was great and the view was awesome! I will definitely stay on the 5th floor facing the pool again!!!!!

Exercise room (3 machines, free weights, 1 bench), warm/cold breakfast with a lot of options, pool and jaccuzi, fridge/microwave in rooms, ice machines, convenient location, quiet room, pet friendly, clean. Stayed 2 nights. Best price for location and reviews I could find. Check out was easy, staff was fine, beds were fine. Definitely not the fanciest hotel, but for what you pay compared to other options in that area, it was a good experience.

A decent hotel all in all but it is showing signs of aging without being fixed. It has only one elevator and it very slow, makes a lot of unsettling noise, and often stops at random floors on the way up/down (we were on the top floor- 7), the outer door to the parking lot is always open (key card reader broken), the exercise bike wouldn't power on, missing the 10 lb free weights from the set (although the rest of the exercise room was nice)... just little things really so not a deal breaker.

I liked everything.

I don’t like the some people. Some people have NO consideration, NO respect for others. They’re loud and dirty. They slam the doors, talk loud in the corridors instead of trying to be quiet. They drop food and garbage on the floor they don’t even pick up. The staff are NOT slaves!! Some people should be ashamed of themselves!! Poor values and poor manners!

People were great food was ok rooms could have been cleaner fount dog poop and a glass pipe and a porn magazine in my room told staff and they miscommunicated and thought that the glass pipe was mine when I actually found it in plain sight on the floor in the room along with a porno magazine and the dog shit they could have cleaned the rooms better other than that it was good hotel

Front desk and check in was great, hotel staff were efficient and super friendly , location is great and breakfast was good!

Housekeeping should do better, they would stay in the room for 55+ mins but nothing was clean, only the bed was made. No wipedowns or vacuuming even after asking for a “full clean”.

Enjoyed our stay but the room access did not work well. Had to try multiple (10-15) times before the room door opened. This happened every time we wanted to enter the room. Another request…if there are 4 people staying in a room, the cleaners should always leave 4 fresh towels. We had to request extra towels from reception everyday because the cleaners only left 2 or 3 towels in the room.

Breakfast was pretty good, although there were only bagels and white bread for the toaster. The woman who was doing the breakfast service didn’t smile much. Liked the free parking, the room was very roomy and comfortable.

The exercise room air-conditioning wasn’t working so it was already hot even before you started your workout. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

From the time that I checked in and checked out the staff was amazing. Very helpful, friendly and professional!!! The room was exceeded my expectations. House keeping was great! My room was cleaned daily and I have no complaints at all. The only problem that I had with the breakfast was the 17 lbs that I gained from eating the delicious food. My hat off to the breakfast manager for now I am a lover of pumpkin waffles that she advised me to try. You should be very proud of your hotel wine staff. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Comfy bed

The door to the parking lot by room 117 and elevator looks awful. Doesn't make for a good appearance for the hotel. That was the 1st thing I saw after checking in and made me question the rest of the hotel please take care of this as it is an eyesore. I wonder what is in need of repair on the property and not taken care of??

Breakfast was kind of sketchy nothing was really kept up or restocked while the staff stood around talking in Spanish. This affected me because I’m a traveling culinary consultant perhaps I should’ve started with your hotel other than that that was very nice.

Better attentive staff around the clock so do not acknowledge you at all the courtesy desk again courtesy we are in a hospitality environment reflect that
