Overall, it was nice experience

The clerk wad a little hard to understand and refused to give me a receipt because I "booked it through a 3rd party".

Professional, polite and willing to do whatever was necessary to greet, get me what I needed staff. The property is well lit (think security), very clean and attractive, easy to find and access off 60.

The air conditioning issue. If that was a short time problem (one - three days - over the weekend), OK, but it is a longer term issue/decision, by management to put up notices, "don't set your air conditioner lower than 72 degrees; it will freeze up the system" - something I don't recall seeing in another hotel/motel, makes a guest wonder if this hotel knows what it is doing. On Saturday, with the outside temperature north of 115 degrees, a hotel should be prepared for such temps. 72 degrees, for me, is/was right on the edge of being not cool enough so that I could drift off to sleep. Please fix it!

Convenient location, nice facilities.

You are advertising non-accessible rooms as accessible. We reserved and paid for an accessible, but were given room 116. This has a standard height toilet and no grab bars in the shower/tub. We were transferred to 216 which is an actual accessible room.

Very clean and friendly staff

The bed was very uncomfortable. Felt like I was gonna roll off the side due to edge of bed being warped from people sitting on the edge of the bed. Also the bathroom was a bit small.

Ruin was clean, bedding, towels, pillows great a d clean. Parking was well lit, and the building was well maintained. The front desk was manned all night. The night clerk was very helpful.

The room was too warm, the ac couldn't be adjusted, and 76 was too warm.

The location was clean and everything was satisfactory. We especially enjoy the convenience of having breakfast and coffee there. This is why we choose to stay at Holiday Inn.

Lobby area clean and pleasant. Like tea coffee and hot water options after hours. Like that you offer small convenience items for sale. My room was on the first not too far from lobby so some noise was expected.

My door lock didn’t work with the card. I had problems every time I got back in.

I like the appearance of the room and that it as very cool. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious as well.

There was not anything which I was disappointed in.

Very good price, the staff was very friendly, very clean, very comfortable bed, and the breakfast with eggs, sausage, pancakes, choice of bread, fresh fruit, juices, cereals, biscuit and gravy, yogurt, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs,, and very good coffee.

The location was a little far from my family.

It was cold which felt good because our home ac went out we have a kid so we wanted a hotel with cold ac and it did the job
