May 2025, they are remodeling this hotel, my room was like brand new, mid size dorm refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. Cable TV and king size bed, this place is nice.

It's very noisy from construction to people being ask to leave because it's the lower social economics area, so unruly guest, shady folks and the doors all slam close so loud you think it's the police. Nice place but between the silly pet owners being allowed to have their unkept dogs and cats, my allergies were fired up. Bad deal, if you are allergic to pets. Gosh to cleaning staff, hard closing of doors and the unruly was tough to put up with but I've been to worst.

The room were a good size and clean

So I paid for a week I work construction and I'm always get sent out of town so I never know when I have to pack up and leave. When I get to a motel or hotel I'm always looking for signs that will say no refund or something to that affect I didn't see any so did not asks about it. So I got a call saying I needed to be at another site the next day, I went to let the office know i was leaving they informed me there was no refunds for those paying weekly. I told the lady I wish they would of told me that when I paid. Anyways that's was the second motel in 2 weeks that did that same thing. So people make sure you asks before you pay

It is good, it is very close to the MetroRail to downtown and Phoenix.

I came to stay for the Mesa Marathon, cheaper place to stay near the start. When I arrived there are police outside arresting couple of individuals. Scared me. I tried to just rest and sleep in prep of the race… but Boy, I can hear all the noise in the hallway from talking to swearing to even the brewing coffee next door… the walls seem very thin. I did not used much of the AC because its not that warm. When I tried to use the TV, it won’t turn on.. so I did not bother. The Staff at the counter is the Best.. she did a good job there!

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The facilities were very handy with a laundry, snack machines and kitchen area. Also having a microwave and fridge in the room was a major bonus. The area around the motel was brightly lit which was reassuring.

The quality of the linens could have been better. The lights in my room did not all work so it made it quite dark at times.

Room was large with appropriate furniture. Balcony was great. TV worked well. Bed was comfortable. Water dispenser in lobby was great to use for my water bottle.

Towels can be updated, softer soap and daily coffee in room. The coffee in lobby was good; I would have liked to have milk to add.

A quiet, clear & comfortable room. Most of my time I was away from the motel. Near locations I visited in the city.

Long walk to other wing of building for ice. Full/over flowing trash receptacle in parking area.

Location was great for me

Rooms could have been cleaner floors were dirty. When I booked the room I paid the full price then when I got there they changed it and I had to pay more was not happy with that.

This visit was exactly what I'd expect and the price was very reasonable. The lobby was clean and the staff greeted me by name when I arrived. There are plenty of vending machines all around with snacks, frozen foods, drinks of al kinds, laundry supplies and personal care items. The laundry facility was clean and working. The pool and hot tub were clean and we'll kept. The property was clean and smells nice too. The rooms are huge, big screen cable TV, mini fridge and microwave in the room was a plus. The entire indoors is 100% smoke free (no stale smelling rooms). Every member of staff was very pleasant to work with, always smiling and saying hello, even asking if I needed anything else as we passed in the hall. Overall... I am pleased with my stay. I even ended up staying 2 additional nights. I was thinking it might be a hassle to add additional days last minute but the Front Desk Associate named Ivy was very professional and very pleasant to work with. She made the process very simple and stress free. I will definitely be returning. Thank You Ivy. You're incredible. And to all the many excellent staff members... Great job EconoLodge staff! Thank You for a welcomed stay.

The only letdown I had experienced was finding out that there is no free breakfast included as advertised. Apparently the staff here have informed Booking.com and other resource sites of this about two years ago when they ended this service due to Covid safety and precautions.

The pool didn’t provide towels, and there weren’t enough towels in the room for the four guests we booked. A breakfast option would have been a nice addition.

Staff was pleasant, accommodating and very helpful. Location is great, tram is nearby, good food nearby

We stayed a week and I wished house keeping would have given us towels and bedding.
