After getting stranded in Phoenix for the night due to American Airlines, the kindness and efficiency of two particular staff members lifted my spirits and made my brief stay a positive and pleasant experience. Vivian set up transportation to the hotel for me and was clear and patient when answering my questions. She was super-helpful and friendly throughout the check-in and check-out process. When I arrived, another hotel guest was being belligerent and aggressive with Vivian at the front desk. I was amazed at the patience she showed as she de-escalated the situation beautifully. Elora assisted me in the morning with how breakfast worked and the shuttle to the airport. She drove me there safely and efficiently. Throughout, Elora was likewise an absolute pleasure - friendly, helpful, and patient. Especially considering she rotten day and evening I had otherwise been having due to some airline shenanigans, the stay I had changed my mood and lifted me up, and this was almost completely due to the incredible kindness and thoroughness of Elora and Vivian at the front desk. Thank you so much. Ooh -- very solid breakfast and fair pricing as well. Thank you again!

Extremely spacious room. Proximity to the airport. Comfortable bed. The 24hr staff at the front desk was awesome and they were extremely helpful and polite and friendly.

The only negative was, we saw dirty used pad behind the microwave. I was looking back there because I wasn’t sure if the mini fridge works. I was trying to make sure it was plugged in, then I saw the used pad. 🤢 The pancake machine didn’t work the first day or two we were there but it did get fixed towards the end of our stay. Either it got fixed or it wasn’t plugged in. Not sure. Those are the only two negatives. That didn’t effect our experience. We will definitely stay here again.

I was traveling and looking for places that handled the location and were not accommodating to my needs traveling with my service animals but I am very thankful for your help being there on short notice

One of the cleaning staff had opened the door while I was checking out. I was loading up my items. I was not present and my juvenile dog escaped. It caused me to panic looking for her. I don't place any blame but I need to have the world know that disabled people who struggle are vulnerable to criminals and are prey to people with hearing loss I'm thankful that no harm happened 🙏👍💯

Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfy, room was very clean. Pet friendly for a super low price, free parking.

When you first walk in to the reception area there is a strongish air freshener smell. I’m super sensitive to that kind of stuff and was worried it would also have that in the rooms but no air freshener in the room. There were also lots of boxes staged in the hallway of our room. No big deal but to some travelers it might be a nuisance. It didn’t bother me, you could tell it was new stuff that was going to go in the rooms and that’s always a good thing!

I don't know the name of the super nice lady at the front desk but I had flight issues with Frontier Airlines and ended up having to stay the night in Phoenix. She was so sweet and friendly and so accommodating. She was quick and efficient and got me into a nice clean room for a good price so I could finally relax after an extremely stressful travel day. She arranged a Lyft back to the airport the next morning at no charge to me. Nice breakfast and just all around a good experience.

Terrible shuttle service and took forever to contact front desk because 3 calls were messages & final call pick-up wasn't until 45 min. from first. After some discussion about there being no shuttle (despite confirmation saying there would be) and saying that Lynx only came to the south side--we were on north--she finally agredd to pay for a taxi, which she should have in the first place. There will be no more Country Inn & Suites for us.

The staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. We had a 6:00 am flight so we had to leave the hotel at 4:00 am. Your staff assisted us in scheduling a Lyft ride at 4:00 am and even gave us a breakfast bag of bagels and cream cheese, which we greatly appreciated. The accomodations were excellent and we especially enjoyed the soft water for showers. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I booked this place in an emergency. I arrived a few hours after I booked it. I waited in the lobby, and they were able to get me in my room early. Breakfast was good. The area was kept very clean. My driverless car drove off with my phone. The first gentleman at the desk was unfamiliar with Waymo but Oked knew about this company and was able to assist me. I used the computer in the lobby. I was not able to sign on my laptop, so the first gentleman came to my room and got me signed on. I needed a wakeup call at 4 am to catch my flight but my phone did not work. Oked was great, he knocked on my door at 4 am so I did not miss my flight. Oked is an asset to your company. He helped me in any way he could.

The room was a bit tired. The carpet edge next to the bathroom door was ripped and it exposed the floor underneath. The pool lounge chairs are worn and torn. The pool was cold.

Rooms were clean smelled good. We were able to get to our room no problem even as they are doing remodeling on their 1st floor

Even though our room was clean and we got an early check in. Once we got back to our room at 1am we realized we didn't have water in our shower. We called front desk and we were given a suite with working water in the shower, the main TV infront of the bed was stuck in the intro channel. 2nd TV in the sitting area worked. Just a little bump in the stay but will come back when we are in town.

the staff was beyond amazing! not once was I disrespected by them. I didnt get their names but all of the front desk women and housekeepers treating me better than my family. such a great team.

the only issue I had was with other people staying there. the person in front of me asked if I spoke Spanish (as I was in my pj's) I said kinda and they continued with their issues. the staff understood my frustrations and I appreciate them for everything
