Well, I thought they would have some sort of food there. I got there. They told me they had nothing not even donuts or something for the morning or something. I mean absolutely nothing except the soda machine like that’s going to help. I don’t know. I just expect some sort of food in a hotel but I guess it’s no frills and that’s why it’s so cheap which was OK room was really OK. I just wish there was something to eat because I had a long ride and there was nothing also they wouldn’t let me check in till I think 3 o’clock even though I was there an hour or too early can’t remember said they were filled up which they weren’t because it was barely any cars there so I really didn’t like their attitude About not letting me in. I know they had empty rooms other not the place is OK if you just want no-frills and it was cheap.

The room was clean and comfortable; upgrading to the premium room was definitely worth it. The only thing I didn’t like was checking in only one hour early they charge 28.00 extra and if you ask to check out later there is a charge for that also; most other major hotels do not do that. The manager was a little snooty when I asked to check in early but I didn’t rate her as the staff because I literally had 25 seconds of interaction with her; the main staff was so nice and personable. Getting a premium room gets you a snack box each night of your stay, which was a nice little touch. I would stay there again.

I honestly loved staying here. I booked this trip last minute with my sibling and our mutual friend. From the second we got there the blonde lady at the front desk was SO kind and welcoming. She let us check in early even though they had sold out the night before (there is a $25 fee to check in early but we were more than happy to pay that considering that's lower than most places) This hotel is very pet friendly and you will see all sorts of friendly/adorable animals during your stay. Very affordable on top of everything else. When checking out, they held our bags for the remainder of the day( our flight wasn't until the evening) while we toured downtown. The location is not bad, pretty views., I didn't end up using the pool but from what I saw it was well maintained. Overall, I loved the staff and would 100% stay here again. I'd also like to mention that I didn't see one bug(not even like a spider or an ant?!?!?) and our room was very clean when entering!! Sincerely, the three kids there to go to the festival!

I do not have any complaints, everything went smoothly and the staff was amazing.

Non smoking rooms, you could smoke but outside the hotel. They provide you with early morning breakfast. Rooms are exceptional large, comfortable, large desk and, they come with refrigerator and microwave. Really hot shower if you like, towels, and soap will have there for you. One of the best things was that when you arrived they already have the room nice and cold plus alot of wall plugs.

The staff were amazing! After a horrible, scary situation with Super 8 Chandler, we made a last-minute reservation, and we were met with cute hotel cats and wonderful conversation. The hotel is so clean and smells nice. It was so quiet and clean. You would never know that there were even pets there.

I wish there was a queen sized bed option to fit 2 adults more comfortably.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful in telling me how to walk to Jack-in-the-Box. I asked if it was a good area to walk through and she confirmed that she lived nearby and it was a short and safe walk to the restaurant. I also really appreciate the pocket pack of tissues that was left in the room from Red Roof Inn. My allergies were very different in the area and they helped me until I could make it to a CVS to get more tissues. I would suggest perhaps leaving two packages of tissues to help customers with allergies.

The place is a little beat-up. It doesn't look really all that new, so you can see wear and tear in the bathrooms and in the rooms. Nothing major or critical, just worn out.

Comfortable room. After we found it coming out of the lift in the entrance area, the communal complementary hot drinks table.

Not knowing that there was a communal refreshment table or where it was located. We only noticed it the next morning when we came down just before the taxi arrived.

The staff is very nice and the room was nice and clean. This was my second time staying at this Inn.

The only thing I feel is that there should be some kind of continental breakfast (pastries, fruit, etc). Otherwise everything else was great.

I am always returning to this hotel since it is a good value for money. Rooms are clean and confortable and I never had any problems during my stays.

Perfect location for freeway access. The staff was so extremely awesome and so was the lobby kitty.

The only thing that was different than other places is that I had to bring my hairdryer. Not a big deal.
