This hotel was perfect for a one night stay near the airport. It was totally clean and updated with a comfortable bed. It was helpful that they also have an onsite restaurant/bar. While it doesn't have many options (and it's a bit overpriced), it was very convenient for us getting in late and leaving early. In the evening, there was a great bartender/server that brought my daughter and I extra snacks and candy.

Paying for breakfast. All the other hotels on our trip offered free breakfasts. Also, they appear to be a bit short staffed. In the morning, the person at the front desk also had to run to the cafe to take orders for breakfast.

Strange address provided from Booking App site, but the front desk fixed the oddity effectively, positively, and rapidly. The room was great for us too because my wife is highly allergic to feathers and wool.

The service for the food was challenging for the staff. In the morning there was only one person there and she was running around like a chicken with its head chopped off. You need more staff in the morning and during the week.

I liked the grounds. There was a pool and hot tub. There was also laundry on site if you needed to dry your swimsuit. The rooms were great very clean. The staff were very nice.

There isn't really a place to have lunch or dinner but there is a hotel across the street that has a restaurant for dinner. The breakfast options were pricy in the lobby.

Exceptionally helpful, nice employees. Breakfast was good, not the usual unappetizing buffet--but you will pay about $20 from a limited menu. Room thermostat was accurate and responsive. Genuine high-speed internet. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. If you want long-term parking, as of November 2022 they are offering up to 2 weeks for $50. The shuttle bus was responsive. My room contained an exceptionally large, useful desk and new, comfortable office chair.

Overnight parking for $25 was not appreciated. Although clean, the room carpets were overdue for replacement. There was a refrigerator in my room, but no microwave. Because of close proximity to PHX, you will hear some aircraft noise.

It was great because it was close to the airport. The pool area we used for several hours. The facility was clean and very comfortable. Jerry at the front desk was so personable and friendly!

Maybe the only thing that could have been better would have been a small breakfast.

Although close to the local airport, it wasn’t close to anything else. Nothing really to do in walking distance. If you don’t have a car then you’re stuck really. Shower could have been better.

Great location near airport and rental car center in a commercial/warehouse district.

Beware, there is a 10$/day parking fee and no free internet unless you sign up to Bonvoy(free).

Staff were very polite and helpful. Amenities were well kept. Weather was too cool for pool use unfortunately.

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very nice. The shades were very room darkening. The pool and hot tub were great.

It was noisy. There were people out by the pool shouting until 11 PM, and there were people in our hallway shouting and slamming doors until at least 11 PM. Additionally, the maid was knocking on doors at 8 AM, and was not quiet while cleaning the rooms around us.
