I requested and received a room with handicap access. It was good: grab bars In the shower and next to toilet, which was ADA compliant height. The room was very nice and cool when I arrived, in fact I needed to adjust the thermostat upward. There was a lingering urine smell in the room, which I regretted, but otherwise the room and the service were very good. I appreciated having free parking, including while I was on an another trip, and the free shuttle to and from the airport for that trip. My car was fine when I returned.

Great shuttle service from and to the nearby airport. Good clean lobby, elevator and hallways. Excellent customer service at reception desk. Gabby is exceptionally good with guests. Attentive, kind, calm and efficient, she takes care of things. the room has refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot There is a hairdryer in bathroom! Fabulous bed! All in white. Nice and warm.

Not a restaurant in the vicinity but it can be ordered in. The Breakfast offered is beyond simple. No decaf coffee but can make a cup in the room! I am assuming that most hotels were closed down during pandemic and became neglected. If that is the case, the Sleep Inn. Has done an excellent job at cleaning up and updating.

Accomodations were nice for a 2 night stay.

Night of check-in girl at desk had trouble checking me in since I paid previously through booking.com app. Said she needed my card for the $100 incidentals (which I expected) turns out she charged my card for a second time (the FULL amount I previously paid) and not the $100 interdental fee. I questioned the front desk upon check out when I noticed and was told it would be released within 3-5 business days. Completely shorted my bank account for my travel/flights back home to PA. This needs to be corrected so that it doesn't happen to others! She also disabled my room keys the day after check in and wrote down the wrong day/time I needed shuttle transportation back to airport.

I loved the environment! Not being from Arizona it feels much nicer than most hotels I’ve stayed previously. The beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby.

There honestly isn’t much I didn’t like. There was was really anything for me to dislike

Nice clean room, and a full bar breakfast absolutely worth it, your money goes a long way staying at this wonderful hotel I give it 5 stars 🌟

We really liked that the bed was comfortable! The Front desk staff were all really amazing! The location was easy to find and get to. The Staff was so helpful to get things fixed or corrected for us in a timely manor. They really worked hard to make sure things were going well for us! when our flight was cancelled they were able to pick us up at the airport and also get us a room for that night! They kept our bags while we waiting for our next flight and gave us a ride back to the airport! So helpful for a stressful situation!

The Breakfast, they said was limited due to COVID! I have stayed at several hotels since the beginning of COVID who are now serving full hot breakfasts and have for some time! That is getting to be a poor excuse now i think. The first room we stayed in was older and small, the hot water didn't work very well, but again the front desk personal got that fixed for us! . The pool and Hot tub also " not working due to COVID" or under maintenence? We were there for 4 nights and it was never working! Again COVID seems to be a bad excuse for not getting things done.

It was clean, Friendly Staff & there was always someone around at the desk. The closeness to airport & getting downtown was Fantastic

items available at breakfast could have been improved by adding little yogurts, more options for toasting, etc. Bathroom shower apparatus for turning on and off water needs attention. It came apart when I turned on the water in shower. I put it back together but it needs replacement or repair…room 118.
