Location relative to PHX airport was great. Hotel was clean & modern looking. The server at Fire & Spice was very good. It was quite busy & we had to wait a little longer for everything. She did the best job she could as she was the only one working at the time we ate.p

The temperature in the Fire & Spice Cafe was extremely cold & uncomfortable. With only one server & many guests; we were freezing by the time we paid our bill & left. Also, soup was listed as an option on the menu but our server said it was no.longer available. Not sure if it was a lunch only item or the menu needs to be updated. A hot bowl of soup would have made a huge difference in our dining experience. Prices seemed high as well, but the food was quite good.

Room smell clean each time walk into it

Hallway on 2nd floor a mess. Water leaks everywhere from Room 223. And on 1st floor. No ice in vending machines on any floor Bathtub did not drain as showered. We stood in water over our ankles Metal cover over the drain was sharp and cut the foot

Beautiful lobby. Checked in online so all I needed to do was get my key at the front desk. The room is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Great location for my needs. Close to the airport for an early morning flight; about a 9 minute drive. Pool is nice and there is a restaurant in the lobby also. Nice big screen tv with lots of channels to watch. Recommended!

The staff was truly amazing. Gabby went above and beyond for me, anticipating my needs. Coco really came thru for me a couple of times. The pool was refreshing.

The hotel is a little dated, but they are in the middle of renovations to the pool and hotel itself. The restaurant is not open for lunch. And the shuttle wasn't running from 1p-4p one day.

One of the best hotels during our trip in the USA. We really enjoyed our stay, the pool in the middle of the hotel grounds is excellent as is the hot tub.

We had some problems with the door to the room. Twice we couldn't get out, but they fixed the door the next day.

This hotel is very nice. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting. The room was spacious and clean. There is a nice bar downstairs and the bartender girl was nice.

The ice machine was hard to find due to a lack of specific signs and did not have one on each floor. We ended up at the front desk to ask the location after searching awhile.

Great location

Wished bathroom has a bar to help in and out of shower and pull myself up from the toilet. As we aged to senior citizen, it gets difficult. It would be grately appreciated.

The hotel is very nice my stay was very comfortable I felt safe being alone visiting my daughter for college. The pool is beautiful the bar is very inviting. All workers were great. Other than me not getting my room I ordered but was compensated with breakfast and lunch every day of my stay. I would definitely come back again I'm actually planning to stay with family next time. Side note.. it's in a pretty rural area you would have to have a vehicle or plan on ubering or taking the bus that is right outside of the hotel room to get to anything. It's surrounded by another hotel and factories. Very quiet which is what I needed.

I loved everything can't wait to visit again.

They have remodeled and everything was clean.

Walls are somewhat thin and you can hear other people talk as they walk through the hallway or when people are trying to close their luggage.

Excellent front desk staff. Convenient location. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of outlets and chargers provided. Excellent value for our visit.

Hallway noise easily comes thru gaps around the doors, but only occasionally an issue. Gym water cooler overdue for new filter. Older furnishings.
