The staff were really accommodating and helpful. They were very easy-going and supportive of my requests. I definitely got the feeling that they liked working there. They just made it easy. The hotel was clean bright and new. The breakfast was above par for a business hotel (I especially liked the egg McMuffin style sandwiches, pre wrapped and easy to take to go.) the beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Well-appointed room came with fridge and microwave included.

There was heavy fragrance in the cleaning products used in this hotel. I would recommend to the management to find alternatives to the fragranced products. I am personally sensitive to fragrances but the phalates in these products harm everyone.

The breakfast was adequate. The location was perfect for our needs. Liked the receptionist and the professional way we were greeted and our reservation expedited. Room comfortable and clean. Liked the breakfast hours being early.

Trying to eat a hot breakfast on very flimsy paper plates. Toilet was very low. It would have been nice to have a chair other than just an office chair.

My room didn’t have any hygiene stuff like shampoo body wash or none of that sometimes the light of the bathroom would take forever to turn on and one night we where having problems opening our door room I went to the front door to ask for help and it took about an hour for someone to help me nobody was in the front door

We enjoyed our room in this hotel. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast had a decent selection. I wanted some fresh fruit and hot coffee, which was perfect. I asked for a first-floor room but could not get it. However, the desk clerk did her best to honor my request with a room on the second floor. I appreciate her for trying, and we still had a wonderful stay. The swimming pool and spa were pleasant and clean. Once we left, I noticed the booking app, and the hotel double charged me. I called and spoke to the manager. Within 48 hours, the charge was refunded, and he apologized for the mistake. He was very professional, and I appreciate him for prioritizing my request. Overall, I highly recommend it and would gladly go back again!

The young lady at the desk I believe her name was AMARI but I’m not sure. This is I believe my third time staying there. And I’ve seen her every time and she is always so sweet.

Everything I liked for the most part. The oatmeal was kind of nasty. It’s either really runny or really, really dry and thick.

breakfast sandwiches were nice. room was comfy and modern, and the beds were comfortable as well. bathroom was set up nicely. front desk staff was friendly and helpful despite issues out of their control. would definitely return.

would be nice to have a fridge with a freezer to store ice packs for my cooler. perhaps some bananas that were a little less ripe would be nice.

The driver was awesome and the front desk staff was great.

The fact that the morning driver didn't drop me off at my gate tge way he was supposed to. Then being threatened to be thrown out if I didn't pay for the second night by Noon. I have never had to pay till the end of my stay through booking.com. I was not the only person this guy did this too. All other staff was great and I understand his position but he could have handled this completely differently.

breakfast was served till 10 am and we got down about 9:30 am. Most of the eggs were gone and there was no jelly out for the muffins or bagels. The juice machine was out of order and no other options were made available for beverages. The counter was not maintained for breakfast. What was served was good and over all the hotel was just fine.

The attitude and tacoturmess of the young man taking care of the breakfast buffet. He would roll his eyes every time one would ask him to replace anything thst had already finished (like eggs or yogurt). Very disagreeable. He needs to be better trained on hospitality

Room is very clean with nice touches. Everything in the room (e.g., lamps, TV, bathroom) are up to date. We were given a room next to the elevator on the fourth floor. No vibration or noise from the elevator at all. We could not even tell an elevator is next to our room during our stay. The continental breakfast is simple but adequate. excessive packaging of food is troubling however. It's coming from the CVOID era but definitely not environmental friendly. We very much enjoy our short stay very much.
