I loved loved loved the fact that the guy at the front desk literally took time out just to ask me if I was okay and when I told him I wasn't he made sure he accommodated our every need and made the stay possible!if it weren't for him and his kind soul , we would've been in the streets. Then later on that first night when .u children and I got ready to go down to the pool he was driving off but turned around and immediately came to a stop and I asked if they had any tampons I could buy and he said no but I know where some are....and then came back with tampons and food

The fact that I have to let reality slap .me n my face so I can force myself to have to leave this room and travel back to Illinois! Ç

Very nice private two bedrooms. Excellent kitchen facilities. Nice staff.

Television did not work properly our entire stay. This issue was supposedly fixed but TV still kept turning on and off. I did report this several times. I did not report that one toilet kept running and had to be adjusted every dsy. Also no hot water in bathroom sink and sink did not drain properly. We saw these as minor issues and only mentioned upon checkout.

It was a nice apartment feeling and the breakfast was ok. I loved it was across the street from the Arizona Mills mall and nearby the hole in a rock and other stuff. I actually love the place and would book here again and may even in the future use this place as a temporary apartment. It was close to the hole in the rock and phoenix zoo. Also food places were close by if you don't know how to drive and didnt feel like spending a pretty penny to get food. Great place for a beautiful sunrise and sunset. Very quiet and relaxing.

A bit congested, no balcony, it was confusing if it was $100 or $250 deposit, turns out $100. Breakfast had no flavor or variety, shower made a weird sound, chair was a bit dirty with plastic still stuck on it, lighting was weird, need to clean stairs more because I saw cobwebs on the stairs, and trash cans need to be a bit bigger to throw away big pizza boxes. It took too long for it to get cool in the room and vents need to be cleaned. They have to double check their sheets but it was my fault for forgetting to call them to change it. They have a great staff that is ready to help you and fix your problems though. Also, they can help explain everything for you.

The location was great. Not far from the airport and very central to accessing essential services. The staff were equally pleasant and very helpful. I loved the homey feeling, too.

The cleaning done once a week is a bit stretched. Doing that twice a week would be more appealing, especially if one is staying beyond 3 days. Also, consider having cleaning essentials for the toilet and bathroom. I found it strange that such were not provided yet the cleaning is done only once a week.

Breakfast was excellent. I must say that everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing. It was a complete, well-rounded and satisfying meal. That is a tall order for my family because we all have varied diets. Everyone was able to eat to their fill. The staff was awesome. Very accomodating and helpful each time we had any request. For the rates we paid for the stay, I was bowled over with the accomodations! We felt more like we were in a very comfortable airbnb, rather than a hotel. Finally, the location was convenient to everything you can imagine with a shopping plaza literally across the street with major stores to select from. If you are traveling with kiddos, Legoland is walking distance away. We actually extended our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool, I enjoyed the peace of knowing my family was happy and content, and it was overall one of the best stays I have experienced in quite some time. Needless to say, anytime I am in Tempe again, I will not hesitate to return to this location. It was amazing. Thank you so much!

I wish we could have stayed longer! The only thing I can think of is the luggage cart seemed to be broken or improperly assembled, but we even made that work.

Since there was a full kitchen in the room we didn't feel the need to go down for breakfast. The property itself was nice and it was quiet. Only bad part was our neighbor and the weed but you can expect that in a state that it's legal recreationally. Was a great stay though for the price and size of the suite!

The ONLY bad thing I would say was the bed and the pull out bed. King bed was far too soft. If you have a bad back like my other half and I you know how rough a soft bed is. The pull out bed for our son was super uncomfortable as there really wasn't much padding to it. But all in all that is the only "bad" I have to say bout our stay.

Location was extremely good; the Arizona Mills Mall was right across from the property and convenient to do shopping. Restaurants and other main stores are not far. The room is a very spacious and a great layout with a kitchenette.

Breakfast was good, though would have liked it to be served starting at 6am or 6:30am instead of 7am. Had to rush and eat to make schedule on time. Access onto the property is not gated. Bathroom was a little dated, though it was still okay.

The staff was amazing, what they did not have in terms of capacity, they more than made up for by being intuitive to our families needs, going above and beyond to ensure they did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The giant two bedroom suite was perfect for our family so the kids could have their own beds. And made the vacation go very smoothly. The suites are fully furnished with dishes, utensils, and cookware, a dishwasher, full-size fridge, and stove. In the living room there was a desk and a pull out couch and to top it all off TVs in every room. Not to mention each bedroom had its own bathroom! There's a basketball court, and you can get a basketball from the front desk! There's also full-size pool (which was freezing) that uses salt to purify instead of chlorine. There's also an amazing jacuzzi. Towels for the pool and jacuzzi are provided by the hotel pool side. They have propane powered barbecue grills and a fire pit. The complementary breakfast featured fresh made pancakes with your choice of several toppings to include nuts, fruit, compote, marshmallows, dried cranberries, and coconut flakes, a breakfast burrito bar that included potatoes, rotating meats, eggs, as well as cheese, sour cream, salsa, lettuce and tomato for toppings. They also had the customary pastries and cereal of course. It really felt like a home away from home.

Unfortunately the rooms are a little older, and with any property that is seeing it's age there were some notable repairs that had occurred in the bathroom. The carpet could use a decent shampooing as well. The other thing I noted, is that the location can lend itself to riff raff, which can make evening swims a bit precarious.

Very comfy, home style. AC good, roomy, had working appliances, blow dryer, iron and breakfast available on premises.

Could use lil more cleaning there was webs in higher areas. Minor damages on a few corners of wall. A small hole on other wall, rug torn between doors, 1 restroom door didn’t lock. Small cracks on bath tile. However manager said they were still in process of renovating and that rooms get check on a daily so they know what the rooms defects are. I think this is good and important so new tenants don’t get charge for something they didn’t do.

Staying overnight was a great experience overall! I was surprised to see the kitchen set up, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was like staying at home for me.

The evening shift staff were very kind and approachable, making the stay enjoyable. However, when I checked out the following morning, the woman at the front desk was rude and grouchy. I felt uncomfortable with how I was treated, which discouraged me from staying for breakfast in that environment.
