Quite, noticed a few people long term that gave my unopened food to like room 112. Lady said she did not know how long she was going to be there. Pool area is clean, nice bath towela. This is full studio apt with your own cooking utensils for 2 people. Use InstaCart for quick grocery delivery or Fry's about 3 blocks away.

Did not likes: 1. no breakfast. 2. on demand housekeeping only. 3. No attendant when I departed. 4. Lamp metal table not cleaned (photo #1) 5. Dishwasher handle knob broken off but was able to use it. 5. Sink fake front was off and just bearly on. Not good if you are someone in there 70's, no car traveling alone!! Restaurants are at least 4 blocks away and after mid May it sis too hot to walk.

As nice as a Hampton, but a lower price. I don't understand the negative reviews. I have stayed at this property for 3-4 years on vacation and have never been disappointed. Rooms are bigger than a Hampton and have a nicer, cushier sitting chair. The room also had a full refrigerator, cook top, microwave, and dishwasher. I don't use most of the kitchen, but it is nice to have it.

The staff is very helpful and nice. All the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The laundry room is very clean and affordable prices for laundry. The parking lot is safe and well maintained.

I had a little drywall or water damage next to the shower. But overall the rooms are clean and maintained. Some rooms have been renovated but I wanted the first floor for easy access to my car.

I thought the hotel was very nice clean, comfortable with good facilities The staff were friendly and really helpful Will definitely stay again. Not the best area in town but everything else was well above what I expected

We traveled to the area for Graduation events. Sonesta Simply Suites Phoenix Tempe was able to accommodate a [surprise-to-us] guest when a military family member was able to take some leave and join us for the celebrations. The hotel changed our room, so we could all be together. The hotel also provided a lot of services, including free use of the washers and dryers, kitchenette, and availability of a small store with "relatively inexpensive" items. We took advantage of the outdoor grill and had a cookout one afternoon.

The only thing that could have been improved in our room was the cleanliness. We found previous guests' towel, sports bra, and other articles in the bottom drawers of the bathroom vanity.

The room is spacious and has all necessities. The location is fine for AZ.

There were insects coming out from the sink. Room service suddenly stopped starting Nov. 18 until Jan. claiming they wanna give staff time to spend with their family. There’s a bad smell in the hallways.

Nice size room. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. (Kettle was the only missing - had to boil water in a pot, so easy solution). Location was central. Cozy queen bed. Clean.

Had to pay for parking. My teenage son slept on sofa bed and he found it comfy enough. It might not be for everyone though. Air conditioner is near the sofa bed too, so sofa bed might not work for light sleepers.

From the moment I entered the building, the staff was polite, courteous, and friendly. I believe it was Theresa who was at the front counter during my check-in. She was very polite about explaining the amenities that were available or not available at the time. The room was very nice and supplied, which included dishes, silverware, and cookware. The room was a home away from home. What I rather enjoyed most was the store on site to purchase food, snacks, or miscellaneous items. I will definitely come back here next time I go to Phoenix.

Weird, loud noises coming from pipes in the walls in the middle of the night. Stains on walls and carpet. Large white bleach stains in hallways. The elevator screeches loudly and jerks when it stops which makes it scary. My air conditioner kept clicking as if trying to start, so I had to just turn it off.

I checked out early, due to work conference and didn't have the breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

It's hard to get into the lobby with luggage and I had to go around the corner to get a cart and then that was difficult without automatic doors.
