The pool was amazing. The staff was super friendly. The lady at the front desk upon check out was amazing most friendly person I’ve ever met super helpful. I would definitely stay there every time I come to Tempe and I would recommend it to anybody anybody else once again, I want to bring up the lady at the front desk when I checked out was just amazing so friendly and so sweet thank you for a great vacation Adam George

The room was lovely, spacious, had everything I needed, and it perfect for long term stays. Parking lot had lots of parking spots.

I don’t like how my credit card information was stolen literally the morning I checked out. I hadn’t used that card for ANYTHING but the deposit on the room. And then less than 12 hours later I had 6 charges from eBay for $42.69. I had to close my credit card account and report it stolen. And the only place it could have happened with was this one. Be careful.

Pools were nice, rooms were adequate, staff was helpful & pleasant. Nice little spotn on an otherwise tedious trip moving my daughter home. Week stayed almost a week. It was very quiet even though they had construction going on.

Good space with a lounge area, bedroom and bathroom, and fridge and microwave.TV in both lounge and bedroom

First room allocated, neither TV worked. Staff tried to fix it, but couldn't. So they were happy to move me to another room with working TV's

August September and plan on staying to end of October and I just made a northern week and I was charged 50.00 dollars more ,???

The elevator. It got me high.

The attempted setup. I had a disagreement with the regional manager at another hotel in the past, due to some type of slander by another guest. I was asked not to return to that hotel.

The manager and people that work were helpful and friendly

Due to remodeling, no stovetop in my room.The manager was kind in making this right w/me.

Great location, near I-10 and Elliot. Comfortable room and bed.

Very bland. Could use some decoration. Overpriced for the quality of the facility. No breakfast.

Lots of room to move around

Lights didnt work in the front room, bathroom sink leaked,pools where dirty and they didnt open up the pool and spa from the posted time,

The renovated units are really nice and are very coupe and family friendly

There was some trash and old mattresses from old units outside it just wasn’t the nicest looking that’s all.
