I enjoyed the pool and the hotel's close proximity to nearby attractions. The microwave and mini fridge came in handy during our stay. The included hotel breakfast had items that everyone enjoyed, and it was nice having time to sit down and eat before we started our day.

There was an issue with my booking payment that ended up with me being double charged from the hotel. I paid for my room through a third-party website, but neither of the clerks I spoke with had that confirmation on their screen. I was told to contact the company and then reach back out to the hotel for the next steps. Aside from this issue that I'm currently waiting to resolve, the stay was comfortable. There were leftover crumbs on the floor on the side of the couch. Some wear and tear in the tub (rust, I believe) by the drain. Other than that, the stay was what we needed for the night/morning.

The location seemed safe and quiet. The hotel was clean and updated. Our room was really well laid out, with a pull out couch and desk area almost in a separate room. The breakfast was very good! My family really enjoyed the pastries and I think the oatmeal bar was better than the 3-star places I've stayed.

I was double charged for the room and had to call for updates for a few days to get this resolved. I wish they had made the effort to update me since it was their mistake. The couch had stains, but otherwise it was very clean and we were happy with the room.

Property was nice and clean

Didn’t enjoy much of their breakfast. My family stayed for 3 days and we realized that their food were not my made fresh daily. I saw an english muffin that was already molding. It was gross. Scrambled eggs were cooked days before and sealed in a Tupperware container. Whatever food customers don’t finished, it gets re served again the next morning.

The breakfast was quite good, lots of variety and they kept refilling pretty quickly. The breakfast staff member worked really hard.

They did not provide our two rooms nearby, not even on the same floor (we booked 2 months in advance). Maid service was only every two days, which is okay if they tell you when booking. Premises were not as clean as the Holiday Inn Express where we usually stay (completely booked very early because of multiple events in Tempe).

It has Private parking with night security & breakfast was really 👍 good. Staff was very nice and definitely will stay here again

Pool was out of service for repairs and had to go to the building next door to use their pool.

I really liked the size of the room. The sofa bed was comfortable and fit my 17-year-old daughter comfortably. Also, we arrived really late at night. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.

The breakfast was lacking. There was not much food out and the choices were minimal. Cereal or a cheese omelet. It was very strange.

Easy in n out, location close to fwy, clean on the inside. Rooms are good size & very clean. Bed is comfy. Staff friendly. Didn't get a chance to try the free breakfast but it didn't look bad. We weren't sure we were gonna stay another night or needed a late check out, but the hotel assistant manager, Shawn was extremely accommodating.

I wouldn't really call it a mall you are next to. Parking lot is open & people are just hanging out that you can tell are not part of the hotel. This place only has a pool, no jacuzzi. And sitting area around the pool needs a little help. Differently an older hotel but serves the needs for a few nights stay.

Great location near food, stores and highway. Most of the staff was great. I thought the weekend morning lady was unnecessarily rude but the night time workers were amazing!!

Room smelled like extra onions

Front desk was nice and very respectful. I love that our floor was at first floor because of my dad being in a wheelchair. The whole experience was great and wouldn’t mind coming back. Thank you

What I liked was the location, it was close to eating places and a mall, and close to freeways. I liked the variety of food that they had every morning, it wasn't the same thing everyday. The beds were comfortable, the room was big, and the place was quiet. It felt safe and cozy.

There's nothing that I didn't like, everything was great.
