Clean rooms and decent property, especially for the price. The hotel was in a good business area, I felt safe being there, and there weren't any questionable people hanging around.

The office lady who checked me in was very aggressive and argumentative. She tried to charge me the full booking price again, and when I told her I had pre-payed the full price and showed her my booking number and bank statement she still argued about me needing to pay, until she called her manager to sort it out.

The location is quite and I don’t drive so it was in walking distance to the massive mall and places to eat a 5 min uber ride to other food places and stores

Nothing stayed for 8 nights no problems the room has seen better days but for the price can’t complain the beds a bit creeky but everything was clean and you can easily swap out towels and anything you need daily

Clean facilities and Night Security Patrolling. Super helpful and Friendly staff. In my travels, I have seen many worse places. Grounds are well kept and, very quiet relaxing atmosphere considering proximity to highway.

First room was older and apparently a Previously smoking room. Staff understood and, were willing to work with us immediately switching rooms due to concern.

What's there not to like when you work overnights? Whether I get a ride, walk or take city transportation to work, staying at studio 6 makes it the easiest way to get there. Getting off work early mornings and not having staff knocking on your door for nothing tells me that the whole staff is on the same page and have respect for the working man.. Thank you studio 6 managers and staff..

Soda machine in laundry room is always empty but that's not on Studio 6 staff. That's on Coke Company.

As a woman who travels alone, I really liked that they had a security guard patrolling at night. He was constantly moving about the property. The grounds were very clean and staff was very helpful.

The floors in the room were still dirty when I got in. There were streaks of dirt, like a mop with dirty water was used, everywhere. I always bring indoor slippers to hotels and the bottoms of mine turned black.

This place is a studio apartments that has a motel feel. You have a kitchenette with a 2 seats table. One brings their own utensils & wares to use kitchen: medium size frig & two burners with a regular coffee maker. It’s next to I-10 and a block away to Dennys. Reception was cordial.

A bit small with 3 people in the room. No extra seating area. Bathroom is quite tight. No amenities ie, shampoo. Tiny soap only. Outside walkway was quite dirty. Can hear neighbors outside coughing.

I like this location, it's quiet and off the main drag. For folks who travel with their furs this is a safe place for them. There is a nice grassy stretch to walk your dog(s). Very pet friendly. Guests were also good about attending to their pets.

I would have liked better pricing and more of a healthy selection in vending machine.

Very clean, good location. Very close to Arizona Mills mall and other shopping/food places. Jaycee at the front desk is amazing!

stayed before ..nice with the kitchen since my guy loves to cook ..thats a plus it's also not a lot of traffic.. quite n friendly guest .

the floors was a big problem for me ...I like them clean and it was an issue,,then I didn't have a mop n broom but I was able to borrow one from the office ..

Definitely cleaner than the other ones, the location was nice. The staff was very nice as well. They let you pay cash or card for the rate and the deposit so that was very convenient for me during the time.
