This was our 3rd time staying here. As a place to stay pre or post traveling to Phoenix, it is perfect for our family. Fantastic breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly and efficient staff, nice pool/hot tub. Also, an interesting place to run nearby (cemetery) with frequent spotting of coyote. A short walk or drive to Top of the Rock which is an amazing restaurant. Convenient shuttle to the airport.

The staff was incredible, responsive, and friendly. We had a room that held our family of 5, with two bathrooms and a small kitchenette. The breakfast was better than usual with fresh blueberries! Super convenient to airport. If you are a runner, we went to a historic cemetery nearby for our run and saw 4 coyotes!

The shower water didn't stay hot for all of us, and the smoke detector was 'chirping'. But the staff came right away to address it so it didn't chirp overnight.

The bathtub getting in and out of the shower was a little slippery, a bathmat inside the tub would have been better help as the tub was not flat but rounded at bottom. but no falls, I had to help my husband in and out. Next time I will ask for accessible shower.

I did have a problem, the property had me pay at the property also so I got double charged for the room and having a hard time trying to get a refund from you or the property since I double paid

Paying twice

This was our 2nd time at this hotel. We loved everything! Staff, breakfast, room for 5 of us with a great sitting area, great place to run nearby, Top of the Rock nearby, pool was delightful. . . blueberries in the morning are the best! Shuttle free and driver super pleasant.

I called the hotel for the airport shuttle to pick us up at the airport. After waiting for almost half an hour, there was no sign of the shuttle. So I called them again. The lady at the front desk arranged for a Lyft to pick us up at the airport instead & the hotel paid for it. It was so nice of her, thank you 😊

This hotel is newer and in great shape. The staff were very nice and they had a shuttle to pick us up at the airport or drive us to dinner. The bed was fabulous.

It was high season, and the cost for a businesl type hotel like this was super high. I could not believe it - in fairness to the hotel it was in line with the other hotels.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The overall facility suited our needs and was relaxing. The shuttle service was perfect; efficient and took us to the airport in good order.

When we arrived in the room after 18:00, the dishwasher was running and was very annoying. Even so, there were still filthy items in the kitchen silverware drawer.

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and overall exceptional. Customer service was on point. They went above and beyond. I appreciated the complimentary ride to my conference. Thank you!
