The cleanliness, quiet, just perfect

Property was great . Upon arrival the lady who checked us in wasn’t very nice until another lady stepped in I was also almost double charged for the room as well we paid online but insisted we pay again which was quiet confusing. And when we also asked for things like towels she was rude about when we needed them for the pool. There was items such as soap for laundry room even she wanted to use it. Oh my family and I got stuck in the elevator as well kind of scary. But I love the room with the kitchen. The restroom door didn’t lock at all.

I didn’t realize breakfast was gonna be grab and go. I also didn’t understand that we had to ask for any kitchen supplies because there were none in the room.

We had planned for four rooms ended up with three, but it worked out OK

Breakfast consisted of prepackaged muffins and coffee. It was tasty, but not what one expects when breakfast is advertised.

You should put up front that the hotel does not accept prepaid cards of any kind. I can understand the rule, but if I had known up front I would have deposited the money into my actual bank account.

We could see our truck through the window. The room had a fridge and a microwave which was useful. The room was big we had plenty of room to move around.

The remote had a back plate missing when we got into the room. I heard a dog barking and I heard some laughter at the middle of the night.

Elevators burning out

Its a bit outdated i think its time to update it the tv is old but worksthe theme of the place looks 1970's but clean

The staff was very kind. I was standing at the front desk wondering where the elevator was located. The clerk was busy so I found it. When I went to my room the clerk came up and asked me if I had any questions. The clerk mentioned I saw you standing in the front earlier was there anything I could help you with. After I explained the clerk acknowledged and left. This clerk took the te to come all the way to the third floor 319 to make sure everything was okay. I will never forget the sense of care and concern she was amazing.

The stove turned on but it never turned off. That had to be fixed. We ended up not cooking as planned.
