Breakfast included, clean facilities, room key worked all days (6 days 5 nights), it has convenience store, restaurants and gas station right outside the facilities, good AC. Exit connecting to main freeway.

One maid was kind of rude: we went upstairs to pick up our stuff for the day but it was cleaning room day, I admit we took a bit longer postponing this persons' work but she got mad and let us know! "are you guys going to take longer?" Second elevator stopped functioning on 2nd or 3rd day, the door got stuck one night I reported it and next day there was a sign "Elevator not working, use the other one". Breakfast is only 7am to 9am so you better wake up early or miss it!

I liked how big the pool was, it was fun to swim. The rooms were clean & spacious. The staff were nice & accommodating with anything I needed. And overall the property felt safe and comfortable.

At the time of my stay, the elevators felt kinda wonky. The elevator closets to the main entrance felt kinda wobbly at times. And the one furthest away felt even more scary, I hope they can invest money into getting new elevators in the future cause they were definitely a little scary to use at times. The pillows were pretty bad (but to be fair, it’s not often you get good pillows even at a more expensive hotel). And lastly, the shower drain cap in my room was broken & was difficult to pull up so that the water could leave.

Very friendly receptionist, checked in around 1am. Check in was fast. Room was very clean and it smelt like it was cleaned.

Didn’t like being rushed out of room by 10min to 11am check out. Knocked 3x on door before 11am check out to get us out our room. And Hotel is right near the highway, so it is loud in the mornings.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the hotel staff was very accommodating when we needed to have a late checkout after running our marathon saturday morning.

Walking into a smile that could light up the world. Joel's smiling face was a warm welcome, his kindness, a bonus. All staff helpful, but service with a smile is the best!

Quite a bit of breakfast items to choose from, though aside from dairy, I am darn near a vegan. Was hoping for some potatoes. However, ate a bagel and cream cheese first day and oatmeal the following two. Pain does not allow me to eat gluten. We did need to have maintenance check shower plumbing. From the first day, it was slow to drain.

Good hot breakfast, professional staff. Chuck is very nice l, friendly and helpful.

I like the fact that the location was right off the freeway. You didn't have to go far for food. There was plenty of options around that location if you wanted You didn't have to go far for food. Was not really anything I did not like about the place? I had a little incident the day I was leaving though. As I was gathering at my things making sure I did not leave anything. I accidentally hit the microwave. And it turned on There was something in the microwave that I did not put in there and it caught on fire. I had to grab it. And put the fire out that was not cool at 7 in the morning.

It was close to Clearwater Assisted Living which I wanted. For the nightly rate, I don’t expect they are deep cleaning the rooms often, and the daily housekeepers do their jobs well, but it did seem like my room needed a little more of a thorough going-over. The shower drain didn’t work the first night, but when I alerted the front desk, they promptly fixed the issue. For a comfortable bed and private bathroom, this was a good hotel and I would stay again, but I can only give an average rating for cleanliness. Again, not a daily housekeeping problem, but more of an issue of the hotel being overdue for a more thorough cleaning.

The room was adequate, though I noted debris on the floor in the corners near the bed, and a sticky spot in the carpet in front of the night stand.
