Location for what I was doing was perfect, as it was halfway in between the two locations where I needed to be. The room was nice and clean, as well as large.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the pillows were absolutely horrible... Either very soft or hard and lumpy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any requests and information.

The only thing that we were displeased with was the once a week cleaning. We had to empty our own trash in the receptacle in the lobby and linens/towels were not changed the six days we were there.

Great location, good amenities such as free parking and great free breakfast options, as well as spacious rooms.

It doesn’t look like our room and some areas of the hotel was cleaned thoroughly upon arriving. Such as our bathroom floor a comb from previous visitors was on the floor under the sink. And i seen some spots on blanket and pillow cases.

Only bad experience was being told we were loud by the pool but we weren't loud. Guest should consider not having a room by the pool if you're going to complain about the noise.

We enjoyed staying there because it was clean and comfortable plus we felt safe.

The sheets on the pull out bed bedding wasn't cleaned. It had stains plus the sheets.

Breakfast choices not very good. Toast was not available. Ran out of hot food one day.

The dining area was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room was a perfect size for two adults and a teen. The location is not too far from pharmacies and a big box store. The staff were courteous and professional. I personally loved the quiet nights (no noisy people coming and going in the middle of the night)!

The hotel has been more than accommodating with my bank issues while I was traveling! Definitely would stay again!

Breakfast could have been better but I will not complain about free!

I like everything about this hotel. Love it's central location to everything. It's close to I-10 and the 101. Very easy to get to. Near the Chandler Fashion Mall as well. Very nice area.

The room was a bit dark. Needed a bit more lighting.
