The staff was very accommodating, friendly and available 24 hours/day. Kitchenette was stocked with utensils, which I didn’t know I would need but did. Beds were so comfortable.

A/C was cold no matter what temp I set, so we just had to turn it off (but it was still cool enough to sleep well). Wish there was free filtered water for the room. Elevators had to be summoned separately.

Room set up was amazing with the kitchenette was perfect, and the help they gave to set up the room romantically for me and my wife was perfect definitely will be back.They have a wonderful team and service thank you !

I loved everything in the stay of the hotel only thought breakfast would have been a bit more of a variety. It was a bit disappointed but loved everything there😃

The pillows suck! 😂 Breakfast is ‘eh’ but it does the trick when you just need something small to get you out the door

The heater in the room did not work well. It was quite cold for Phoenix and we had cold air coming out of the vents most of the time. Once or twice it did produce heat

the room and the facilities were very clean and well maintained. gym was great for a hotel. staff was very friendly and helpful.

the only thing I did not like is there was no shelf at all in the shower to set anything on.

The facility was very clean and well maintained. The pool and pool area was awesome. The exercise room has a nice variety of newer machines. My room was very nice and very comfortable and roomy with all the amenities of a studio apartment, minus a patio or balcony. Excellent for a quiet getaway to wind down. If not for the breakfast provided, I would have given top stars across the board. If you can get pass the breakfast, you will truly enjoy your stay.

The included breakfast was awful. They provided cellophane wrapped danishes, which you can get at the Dollar store (2 or 3 for a dollar). HOW ABOUT A BOX OF FRESH VARIETY DONUTS. The hot sandwichs was a croissant, with sausage, egg, and cheese. I don't care for sandwiches and if I did, it would not include sausages. I was expecting a hot breakfast buffet, or at the very least, a breakfast I can choose from a menu, as with other hotels that include breakfast. Wearing a mask was not a mandate, so providing a hot "real" breakfast should not be a problem. Needless to say I did not utilize the "included" breakfast, which was a definite factor in selecting this hotel. What is provided for breakfast should clearly be stated when making the reservation. I CAN say the coffee was excellent.

The pool was out of service in the middle of the summer because of a chlorine treatment. Something the could have been done in Spring and not in summer when is more likely to be used

Location was within walking distance of shopping and many restaurants.
