I had a 12 hour layover in Phoenix after traveling all the way from Japan to LA. A couple options with airport shuttle were available, this one looked the less sketchy and for a very small price difference. I was really surprised with the size and comfort of the room and the amenities offered, wished I didn't need to take an early flight the next day.

Staff was not very welcoming, and I got ripped off buying a travel size toothpaste at the shop and getting charged way too much for it on my card after I left.

Clean and spacious room, well equipped. Good Internet. The restaurant/bar are OK, people are very kind. Transport from and to the airport was also OK. Waiting time at the airport 30 minutes between call and pickup is acceptable. Room was quite as requested.

The young lady at the reception desk spoke so fast that I understood perhaps 30%. I mean, she had my non-US passport in hand. A hotel rececption employee should adapt to the guests. The area around is a bit sad. There no more restaurant option. But this is clearly not the fault of the hotel. Just a warning.

perfect location

only issue and important for elderly the van to airport was a loaner and did not have necessary sticker to do drop off at gates so drop off was at skyline which involves a great deal of walking I asked for wheelchair for my friend and was told there were none she has long Covid which has caused respiratory issues and can not walk great lengths we went to airport early and grateful I did since she needed to stop frequently my suggestion is any time van is not the correct one the desk should inform anyone booking a shuttle since some physical challenges may not be obvious

Great location. We were in town for a concert/game and decided to stay at this location from a previous trip in a May. Hotel is great stay for money spent. The only negative thing is hotel does not offer basics such as coffee in the mornings as many chains do. They charge for breakfast but coffee is not too much to ask. Only option is the coffee pods in rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room, the decor and the bathroom amenities. I love when all the soap, lotion , shampoo & conditioner are in pump bottles! A guest laundry on my floor was appreciated. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and competent. Also, I love the "hotel" cat politely waiting outside the door for dinner.

Friendly and accommodating staff. They informed me of the free shuttle to the airport! Always great dealing with Hilton Hotels.

There was no thing I did not like. I am now just writing to fill this box. I really enjoyed my stay and the friendly staff.

It was close to the airport and they had a 24 hour shuttle service which was nice since I had to be at the airport by 5 a.m. The room was quite large and had a very nice bathroom. King bed was very comfortable.

The first floor ice machine was out of order so I had to go to the second floor for ice.

Friendly, helpful staff. Shuttle service to the airport was very convenient.

We were on the first floor facing toward a Waffle House & the road. We heard motorcycle engines all night long. Of course, the hotel had no say in this matter but annoying, never the less.

I stayed only for one night. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was amazing.

The airport shuttle took a long time to arrive. I was told it would arrive in 10 min, but I waited for about 30 min.

Located just 2 miles from the Phoenix airport with a free shuttle that runs every half hour beginning at 3:00 AM. Rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with the most comfortable bed!

My only complaint is that the floors must be extremely thin, as we could here absolutely every foot step and creaking on our ceiling, which was a bit disruptive while sleeping.
