EVERYTHING!!!!!! we were pleasantly surprised at how hospitable EVERY ONE was. The food at the complimentary breakfast AND dinner!! was an added bonus. AND the drink coupons!! WOW That was above and beyond. The rooms are very clean and modern. The front desk staff was so helpful and informative. The food staff were always smiling and so warm and inviting. The shuttle drivers.. {the two we had interacted with were Frank and Ken) they were great guys. Very willing to go above and beyond to help get us to our destinations on time. We definitely will be back to the Drury Inn and Suites. and have recommended it to numerous family and friends. We are thinking of making this our "Family Reunion" meeting place.

THE TOILET PAPER !!!!!! It was very ruff for those delicate unmentionable areas !!!! I could take a point off for that.. but hopefully they will switch brands. (Luckily, I brought along some personal wipes that we were able to use!!)

I was very excited to learn about the breakfast and dinner that was included with the room. The choice of food available was amazing. The shuttle was always available and the driver was very friendly. The staff at the front desk was amazing and made me feel welcome upon my arrival. The room was clean and comfortable and I was very happy with my stay.

There seemed to only be one elevator working at the time. This caused a long wait for me to get up to my room as there were children riding the elevator and the door closed so quickly I had to wait for it to come back down again. This was really the only down side I had.

An excellent surprise having free dinner and breakfast as well as a 'happy hour' The friendly staff at the reception desk upon arrival as well as departure, great service at the dinner area, a superb bartender with the biggest smile and fast service and the lady at breakfast who also had the best smile and best attention she could give. The shuttle driver who stood by the front desk and greeted everyone with a big Good Morning on the day of departure while waiting for his next trip. All in all, a service not too much given anymore in a world where most people seem to be angry and can't see past either black or white.

The bread toaster didn't work well.

We have done several road trips and this is our first staying with Drury Inn & Suites. It was definitely more than we expected. They offer three free alcoholic drinks per person per night and free hot food (buffet style like hot dogs, nachos, meatballs, mashed potatoes, veggie soup and salad) along with the free drinks from 5:30pm to 7 pm. It’s free so can’t expect too much in terms of quality. They offer free hot breakfast as well but don’t expect good quality food. Our 2 queen beds were comfortable, there was good shower pressure. the room was quiet, and everything worked. The people working here are all friendly, kind and helpful. Fresh popcorn is available until 8pm in the evenings and the coffee is available in the entryway 24 hours each day. Free parking onsite. Good strong Wi-Fi. 15-20 minutes to downtown, hole in the rock, desert botanical garden, zoo and Papago Park.

The room is a little cramp. Food could be improved in quality.

All the staff displayed a high level of interest in all duties associated with their positions. Front the Reception lobby to the housekeeping staff. We especially enjoyed the Dinner and beverages that were offered at the no extra charge. We enjoyed the popcorn and the breakfast. This is our second time staying at your hotel. We are from Yuma and now we found our second home in Phoenix at your hotel. The free parking is greatly appreciated. Your Bartender at our dinner is a wonderful young lady.

Friendly staff. Breakfast included. Free soft drinks and popcorn. 10-minute drive to Terminal 3 at Sky Harbor Airport on the I-10. Room AC is cold. Water is hot in shower.

Room cleanliness was not up to par: long hair in the bathtub (we have very short hair so it wasn't ours). One bed comforter had a blood stain on it like from someone's foot or leg. Bathroom sink was dripping. We had to get the handle just right to get it to stop dripping. This is Arizona! Please conserve water ya'all. The breakfast was mostly carbs and everything was tan (eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, oatmeal, waffles). There were whole bananas and apples.

The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. I liked that the parking was a safe place to park. No visible signs of homeless people or vagrants. The breakfast and the evening meal were exceptional. Saved us going out to eat both times. The pool and spa seemed nice but we couldn't use either. Next time. The pool needs a shade cover for hot summer days. Easy room access using only the one entrance for safety reasons. Air conditioning and the TV were working in good order.

Pool hours are limited to basic hours. Recommend the same hours as the fitness room.

Jon and Joseph especially made this a memorable trip but everyone was lovely! Our first time here, certainly won't be our last! Delicious breakfast buffet every morning, the kickback which included 3 free adult beverages was wonderful! We NEVER got hungry here, you are fed very well. Beds were extremely comfortable and we slept so good the whole stay. THICK wash cloths and towels, not that thin flimsy crap. Large flat screens in all rooms! Yep, we will definitely be back!

Unsupervised children running around dining area during meal times. NO hand sanitizer in the dining area (I witnessed many people coughing and then touching the serving utensils in the food) The fact that we had to eventually check-out

very comfortable room, smooth check in and ability to leave our vehicle secure in their lot while away (for $10/day) and take shuttle to and from the hotel was very convenient. We had breakfast in the airline lounge but the evening welcome buffet was really nice with lots of food variety and great beverage selection. Well kept property and will always consider the Drury when flying out of Phoenix airport. (we come up from Tucson).

Everyone on staff that we encountered were so friendly and helpful! We aren't the most seasoned travelers, and we were a little apprehensive, but they all made it a wonderful experience!

I didn't get to enjoy the pool as it didn't open up until 9 and by then we were ready for the day-- and were too tired from being out in the sun to want to use it when we got back. An earlier open time (7 or 8, even if it’s just for adults) would have made it a lot easier to enjoy it.
