EVERYTHING!!!!!! we were pleasantly surprised at how hospitable EVERY ONE was. The food at the complimentary breakfast AND dinner!! was an added bonus. AND the drink coupons!! WOW That was above and beyond. The rooms are very clean and modern. The front desk staff was so helpful and informative. The food staff were always smiling and so warm and inviting. The shuttle drivers.. {the two we had interacted with were Frank and Ken) they were great guys. Very willing to go above and beyond to help get us to our destinations on time. We definitely will be back to the Drury Inn and Suites. and have recommended it to numerous family and friends. We are thinking of making this our "Family Reunion" meeting place.

THE TOILET PAPER !!!!!! It was very ruff for those delicate unmentionable areas !!!! I could take a point off for that.. but hopefully they will switch brands. (Luckily, I brought along some personal wipes that we were able to use!!)

Customer service was excellent. LaDonna at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Cindy ( at the kick back bar) was friendly as well. All employees were courteous. The shuttle was efficient and drivers friendly. The "kick back" food and drinks were excellent as well as the breakfast. We came back to the hotel late ( after a concert) and the gentleman was cleaning up at the kitchen + bar area. We wanted to try a couple of the deserts. He graciously prepared them with a smile. They were delicious. We lobby and eating area were very comfortable and cozy. We joined Drury Rewards while there and will be a future customer.

All our expectations were exceeded. We wish we could have stayed longer.

First time staying at a Drury Inn and it was great! My kids loved the pool first of all and the breakfast (lots of variety). The hotel lobby is huge and there are lots of tables so seating was not an issue during breakfast. The breakfast staff was also visible and kept the area clean. They were very polite expecially the lady making the pancakes/omelettes. Our room had a little seating area and that was nice and made the room spacious. Will definitely stay again!

The front desk check in hotel attendant was not rude but also not super friendly. When I checked in, she was helping another hotel guest. I overheard the hotel info she was giving him (breakfast times, free drinks from 5-7pm, pool location and times) and then when it was my turn, she checked me in and left out all this information. I had to ask her about each item she had told the previous guest about and then she did provide the information and she did apologize. Maybe she just had a long day but the front desk staff should be the most friendly person you have on board.

This room was a lot smaller than the one we had at Drury Chandler Fashion Center. It's closer to the highway and the airport. There is a TV, microwave and fridge. The airco is old fashion and makes a lot of noise from time to time, thank God we could turn it off. Breakfast starts at 6am and is OK, with scrambled eggs, cereals, waffles etc. There's also some simple food and 2-3 free alcoholic drinks in the evening. There is a pool and spa which I also enjoyed.

The airco is needed in Phoenix, and unfortunately ours made a lot of noise from time to time.

The maid staff that cleaned the room was amazing the first day we were there. BUT the next 2 days they did not even make the beds. We did NOT have any personal items on them. It was such a night n day to all the other days we spent there. VERY disappointing. I spoke to a woman at the desk n she apologized n said she was going to discount my last day there (that did not happen) n said to be SURE an let yall know about this in my survey. So I am.

I was very excited to learn about the breakfast and dinner that was included with the room. The choice of food available was amazing. The shuttle was always available and the driver was very friendly. The staff at the front desk was amazing and made me feel welcome upon my arrival. The room was clean and comfortable and I was very happy with my stay.

There seemed to only be one elevator working at the time. This caused a long wait for me to get up to my room as there were children riding the elevator and the door closed so quickly I had to wait for it to come back down again. This was really the only down side I had.

The hotel staff were very helpful and nice. Everytime I walked by the front desk, they asked if everything was ok. Check in was fast and easy. The breakfast was pretty good but served the same menu everyday. Evening menu was good. The bed was super soft. The room was tended to daily, which was a big plus for us. The AC was nice and cold. The location of the hotel was good. Easy access to the freeway.

Everything was good. Nothing to dislike.

An excellent surprise having free dinner and breakfast as well as a 'happy hour' The friendly staff at the reception desk upon arrival as well as departure, great service at the dinner area, a superb bartender with the biggest smile and fast service and the lady at breakfast who also had the best smile and best attention she could give. The shuttle driver who stood by the front desk and greeted everyone with a big Good Morning on the day of departure while waiting for his next trip. All in all, a service not too much given anymore in a world where most people seem to be angry and can't see past either black or white.

The bread toaster didn't work well.

We have done several road trips and this is our first staying with Drury Inn & Suites. It was definitely more than we expected. They offer three free alcoholic drinks per person per night and free hot food (buffet style like hot dogs, nachos, meatballs, mashed potatoes, veggie soup and salad) along with the free drinks from 5:30pm to 7 pm. It’s free so can’t expect too much in terms of quality. They offer free hot breakfast as well but don’t expect good quality food. Our 2 queen beds were comfortable, there was good shower pressure. the room was quiet, and everything worked. The people working here are all friendly, kind and helpful. Fresh popcorn is available until 8pm in the evenings and the coffee is available in the entryway 24 hours each day. Free parking onsite. Good strong Wi-Fi. 15-20 minutes to downtown, hole in the rock, desert botanical garden, zoo and Papago Park.

The room is a little cramp. Food could be improved in quality.

All the staff displayed a high level of interest in all duties associated with their positions. Front the Reception lobby to the housekeeping staff. We especially enjoyed the Dinner and beverages that were offered at the no extra charge. We enjoyed the popcorn and the breakfast. This is our second time staying at your hotel. We are from Yuma and now we found our second home in Phoenix at your hotel. The free parking is greatly appreciated. Your Bartender at our dinner is a wonderful young lady.
