had a very pleasant experience staying at the DoubleTree Suites in Phoenix. The hotel offers a convenient airport shuttle, which made getting to and from the airport hassle-free. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with their signature complimentary cookie — a small touch that goes a long way. The hotel lobby featured a self-serve water pitcher, which was appreciated, especially in the Phoenix heat. The staff throughout the stay were kind and attentive, and the facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. My suite was spacious, with two comfortable queen beds, a walk-in closet, a microwave, and a refrigerator — all very convenient for a longer stay. The only drawback was the lack of smart TVs in the rooms. I wasn’t able to screen mirror from my device or use streaming apps like Netflix or Hulu, which would’ve enhanced the in-room entertainment options. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent service and amenities. I’d definitely recommend it, especially if smart TV access isn't a priority for you.

The staff members were friendly and accommodating. The property was very clean and inviting. We had a few issues in our room but maintenance came right over to fix it, once notified.

I didn't like was the allergen friendly cookies, they were dry and crumbly. I have a recipe for very good allergy friendly chocolate chip cookies. We should talk DoubleTree, lol. Also, the food at the breakfast buffet was very limited and not worth the price.

The location was great for a very early morning flight. The hotel was quiet. The two room executive king room was good for a family of four for a one night stay, but would be tough for more than that. The staff at the restaurant was friendly and helpful.

No cookies when we arrived. The front desk line was very long so we checked in using the app and digital key so we could skip the line. However my husband ended up having to wait anyway because we needed a parking pass for the car. That kind of defeats the purpose of being able to go straight to the room. The front desk staff seemed surprised we could check in on the app that way.

The room AC was a bit lackluster, but surely it was because Phoenix was breaking heat records and the compressors were all working over time. Can't really fault the property for this.

Had to pay for coffee in the AM. Literally the only property I've ever in my adult life stayed at where they didn't have complimentary coffee. Even if it was crap coffee. I had to spend over 10$ on two 12oz cups from the on site restaurant. Pretty lame imo.

I like the light up pool the seating area was nice what would of made it better was if the night lights worked beautiful decor the candles wasn’t lit. Breakfast was really nice staff nice love the kitchen decor as well.

The shower in the room I was staying in had a mold/dirty stain vents on ceiling was dirty. Vents in elevator was leaking as well. Didn’t like how the candles didn’t light up at the seating area.

Everything was great. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast the next morning. Food was very good. Pricy but to be expected at a hotel restaurant.

The coffee supplies in the room - the creamers were bad (curdled in my coffee). Complimentary coffee in the lobby area would be a bonus for what you pay for a room. The coffee in the restaurant was really good.

Breakfast was by far the most lovely of our stay because of the staff , male attendant was very attentive and friendly . Such a comfortable area yet it was the most versatile breakfast buffet I have even been at, plus the added bonus of being able to create your own omelette. Love

Spacious room. Clean. The pool was inviting. The grounds were nice. There is a restaurant on site. The shuttle to the airport goes every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. It was a relaxing and comfortable overnight stay for an early morning flight. It has the feel of a resort. Lots of outdoor seating and conversation “pits”. The price was reasonable and a good value.

The restaurant charges a service fee that is not explained and is not a tip. Just be aware. It adds to your overall bill.

The room was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I liked how the bathroom was not in the bedroom giving more privacy.

The fire alarm went off at 5 am. There was no communication from the front desk or security. When we called the front desk to make certain it was ok to stay in our rooms after the alarm stopped he was very rude.

The bed was so comfortable! Room size was great. Though we didn't use it, the pool area looked clean and fun. Check in and out was easy and the staff was friendly.

Only issue was the lights in the bathroom. They are on motion sensors and would shut off while taking a shower.
