The evening check-in staff member was tremendously accommodating and seemed to really enjoy his job.

The morning desk clerk did his job but didn't seem to want to go out of his way to accommodate requests. He was very "by the book". I was checking out at 5 AM in the morning and asked if there was a complimentary bottle of water I could take with me. His first response was, "didn't you get one on check-in?" I answered no, but should I have saved the bottle for my morning need if I did get one? Next, he seemed want to have a discussion about the topic. I wanted a simple, yes or no, and be on my way.

We enjoyed the service we received. First, the very prompt pick-up by the free shuttle from the airport. Next, check in was very easy and quick, we received 2 free bottles of water and a pack of peanut trail mix. It was extremely quiet in the evening, we loved that, and both slept well. Also an excellent breakfast for a free hotel breakfast, (I usually don't enjoy those) but this was great, a yogurt bar, walnuts, cranberries, blueberries, chocolate chips, and coconut to top your vanilla yogurt with. Waffle irons, sausage, eggs, and much more.

The only thing I didn't like was the carpeting in our room was stained and ugly. I think a different floor covering like laminate or something would have been much nicer.

This was the ideal setup for a hotel: excellent, professional staff -the manager and the front desk person, Shay, went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and quiet. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well laid out. I even saw that there was a curtain between the bed area and the TV and couch area that would’ve been nice if my husband had been with me and he wanted to watch TV or read while I was sleeping. The little kitchenette had everything you would need. Also, I was exhausted from a stressful travel experience and too tired to even use DoorDash to get food, but down in the lobby there were actually healthy vegetarian frozen food options that I could just put in the microwave! I was so happy that they carried some Amy’s frozen food, I couldn’t believe it. The breakfast in the morning was just enough. Honestly, everything about this hotel was excellent and I wondered why I hadn’t stayed in this particular brand/kind before.

Nothing - everything was excellent. Maybe with all the yogurt options in the morning they could’ve had just a plain yogurt, since lots of people are trying to cut down on sugar and like plain yogurt nowadays.

We got there very late. Dennis the overnight guy was GREAT! So friendly and welcoming. Mentioned several times that if we needed anything he was there all night! The room was great. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was immaculate! Great breakfast buffet. Loved the funky decor of the lobby.

Hilton, You might want to check your info on the Booking.com website. It said check in was only available until 12 AM. We landed at Sky Harbor at 9:30 pm and by the time we got our car it was after 11 PM. So we were very nervous about getting to the hotel by 12. But with Dennis there all night I assume we could have checked in at any time.

Good location being by the airport, we had a hire car but everything we needed was only about a 30 min drive. Parking was free so that was easy too, room was lovely, everything you needed, staff was always amazing too, felt very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was decent for a free breakfast , definitely loved our stay here!

I’d say the only downfall was having to pay for internet after 7 free days, not that big of an issue but could be for some!

The staff were excellent: constructive, helpful, cooperative and anticpated my needs. The room was large, clean and quiet.

Shortly before I arrived I enquired after the airport shuttle. No one responded to my enquires in the days before arriving. I had to phone from the airport which cost me money. Turns out their shuttle wasn't working and they had to make alternative arrangements to pick me up from the airport. It would have been nice to know this before hand.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, everything was really clean, including the pool. Breakfast was excellent, they had options to make breakfast sandwiches as well as waffles, oatmeal and cereal. The room was really spacious and clean. The water pressure was really good compared to other hotels I've stayed at. It did take about 5-10 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower but once it was hot, it was great.

The only thing I didn't like was they had the shower gel and shampoo on the wall for use in the shower, but the conditioner was provided in a tiny bottle that was not nearly enough for my long hair plus my two sons have long hair. However, I just asked for a few extra bottles of conditioner at the front desk and they didn't complain or say they can't give me more so that was nice. Also, my digital key was not working to get into the pool but again, when I went to the front desk to ask for a card key, the woman at the front desk said she would make me one but so that we didn't have to wait, she would let us into the pool area and then bring me the card key once it was made. Awesome customer service here!

The breakfast was okay, but after two weeks of hotel breakfasts in Germany, it didn't quite measure up. No espresso or lattes, no fresh scrambled eggs. But otherwise it was okay. The response by the shuttle driver was outstanding! At the airport within about 5 minutes!! And he knew my name, so I knew we had the right shuttle!

Just a bit more breakfast items that were fresher, and espresso!

Good option for the hotel close to the airport. Large room, with kitchenette (including large fridge and dishwasher) and extra sofa, large desk, so suitable for longer stay. Small outdoor swimming pool to relax before/after the trip. Hotel provides shuttle service to the airport.

I found it easier to call Uber than arrange shuttle pick up from airport. But was much easier to book a shuttle from hotel to airport.

A typical Home2Suites - very nice, convenient location, clean, comfy, etc. The full breakfast looked good, but we had to leave early. I would stay here again. Free shuttle to the airport is available.

Not their fault, but someone had a dog down the hall that barked at 9:30 for about 10 minutes straight & 11:30 at night. The rooms are not sound-proof, so it was loud. Some people are clueless.
