Excellent location near airport with free shuttle that came to the airport within 10 minutes of my request. The front desk had a list of nearby restaurants by food type - for example - American, Fish, Italian, Pizzas, Mexican etc., all of which were close to the hotel. Our room was ready before check-in time so we did not have to wait in the lobby. That was very nice!!

Finally, a hotel where all the boxes are checked. I typically find hotel beds too soft. While the bed was slightly softer than I would have liked, it was still firm enough that I had a great night sleep. The room was spacious, very well lit, and had tons of storage space. There were also plenty power outlets. There is a smart TV. We travel with our Roku and there were no issues hooking it up. The hotel was exceptionally quiet, no noise from neighbors at all. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was great (scrambled eggs, 2 types of sausage, potatoes, cereals, fruit, bread type stuff) with excellent coffee. Shuttle to/from the airport was a life saver. Great restaurant in walking distance.

We had a very good stay. It is a comfortable, clean and updated hotel. The only thing I wasn't happy was with the receptionist who did our check in. Because when I asked her what time the breakfast started and she said 6 o'clock and then I mentioned that we would need to leave at 5 o'clock, she didn't offer us the breakfast "to go". Later on my husband went down and asked a man in the reception if there was any options for an early breakfast, the man prontly offered the breakfast "to go" saying that our bags would be ready at 5 o'clock before we took the shuttle.

Quiet, spacious, modern, comfortable, peaceful feel. Nice pool (though disconcertingly cloudy). Lovely staff. Great breakfast. The only thing that would have improved it would be a bathtub instead of the large shower. We had no problem parking right outside. I wish we had opted to stay here for several days instead of just one, but we dared not risk it because of the reviews complaining img about the lack of parking. Looking around the hotel it seems HIGHLY UNLIKELY that there would be zero places to park. The hotel is not only right next to another hotel, whose car park backs directly onto this hotel’s parking, there seem to be loads of parking spaces around - surely there really shouldn’t be any problem parking! We feel completely comfortable arriving at the hotel later next time and will not panic about parking a few steps away from this hotel’s parking if necessary.

The lack of bathtub.

Really good size room and very comfortable. The hotel is quiet and close to the airport. I liked having the gym and the pool there, especially as it was so hot outside. The laundry room was really convenient too. Breakfast was a decent quality and different choices every day was appreciated, as was the availability of tea and coffee 24 hours a day. The guy doing the airport shuttle when I left was particularly great, making sure he had cold bottles of water available for all the passengers - such a nice touch!

The location might not suit everyone, it's a bit outside of downtown so not many restaurants within walking distance. It was fine for me because location for tour pick up was my priority, but worth bearing in mind if that's important to you.

Location from the airport and cleanliness

Shuttle service from the airport was disappointing. While a trip by car to the airport is less tan 10 min, there was no pick up service, as usual, I have to call asking for it and the answer was disappointing; my wife and I had to get back into the airport, handle 4 suitcases along stairs and halls long way to get the sky train to 44th street, once in 44th street station I have to call again for asking the service again, wait 15 additional minutes to get a 4 minutes ride; it is ridiculous! What could have been a 15 minute trip in total, turned into more than an hour.

Hotel and pool was very clean. Staff was friendly. House keeping did a great job too!

Communication on shuttle was very poor. We waited at airport when they told us there would be a shuttle to pick us up. We waited for 30 minutes, it never showed up so we took an Uber to the hotel. However, heading back to airport, they called an Uber for us due to so many people heading to airport at 5 am. The van, not a shuttle could only fit 6 people. So they made up for it in an accommodating us so we wouldn’t be late for our flight.

Breakfast was really good. Lots of options. Shuttle bus driver was very friendly.

We followed the instructions in an email received suggesting we should get a shuttle from the 44th St station instead of at the terminal. It didn’t indicate that we would need to phone for the shuttle and because we did not have a USA phone plan we were a bit stranded at 44th St until we asked a stranger to phone the hotel for us. Caused considerable delay. We emailed the hotel manager at the front desk’s recommendation but didn’t hear back. The email sent from booking.com should be amended and made clearer.

Great stay; clean and modern room with all the amenities. Bed was very comfortable and design choices for the room layout were smart.

Shower water pressure was not great.
