The lady that checked us in was not friendly, didn’t smile, didn’t greet us and acted like she didn’t want to be there. I thought maybe she had a bad day. But then she was like that the other 2 days we saw her that week and other guests when picked up on it and mentioned it too. One other lady that worked evening shift, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. She was amazing. Friendly, interacted with guests and you could tell loved her job The hot tub would not bubble so it was just like a hot bath tub. Breakfast was excellent.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for steaming / reheating our dinner.

The guests in the room above were very heavy footed (if that's the correct description) and constantly dropping things as we were trying to get to sleep since my wife had a very early appointment for a medical procedure the next morning. The noise actually rattled the walls. Now, this in itself is not the fault of the hotel, but when I tried to call the front desk using the in-room phone I only got a busy signal. Had to call the main number using my cell phone. The upstairs 'neighbors' did quiet down approximately 90 minutes after they started, roughly 10 minutes after the call.

I was impressed with this hotel. I had deliberately chosen a hotel that was close to Sky Harbour Airport. I was coming in after 24+ hours of travelling and just needed somewhere easy and close to get to. The hotel was very close to the ‘51’ motorway but I heard no noise during my stay. The room was a suite - kingsize bed, bathroom, lounge seating area, kitchenette, desk and chair. Everything was very clean. The kitchenette was well stocked. The lounge seating was spacious and very comfortable. I could see the pool from my room and, although it was 9pm, was very tempted to nip down but the bed was even more temping 🤣 A very nice, clean, welcoming hotel in a very, very convenient location.

Nothing to dislike

Location was close to the airport which was good, it was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Our air conditioner was very loud so couldn’t use it for the first few night but they sent in their engineer and he thoroughly cleaned it, changed the filter and it was perfect after that

There is an odour when you first walk in, not sure if it’s a cleaning product they use but it was off putting. The rest of the hotel didn’t smell, it was just at the front door. The few times we asked, staff weren’t able to suggest attractions or restaurants. Phone in the room didn’t work at all so couldn’t call the front desk. When I mentioned it to the front desk but they said they were changing the phone system or maybe it needed to be charged - the phone was completely dead

The property was centrally located to all the places we wanted to go to. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and took care of us. The price was right for our budget. Breakfast was served each morning and a guest social in the evening was really great! The room we had was a suite so we could prepare meals if we wanted to which was really nice. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good. We will stay here again.

I had to stay here to get a heart ablation done, so not sure on breakfast quality. Suite was very nice and comfortable. Easy access off of SR51 freeway. Proximity to Abrazo AZ Heart hospital was excellent.

Maybe a few more handicapped spots in parking area?

The staff were uniformly lovely - very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable with good facilities. Parking was not a problem

During a longer stay it would be good to have the bins emptied. Also, it would be good to have real cutlery at breakfast - it seemed so wasteful to throw away all the plastic cutlery each day.

The room was very accommodating loved the two nights we were there.

One thing that my family and I did not appreciate was that we have driven 20 hours and tried to check in early, (maybe 2 hours early) just because we were tired. The staff told us to call, and we did but never was able to check in. I could have paid extra for the accommodation but not even that was offered. Also, during happy hour, the eggrolls that they served were cold.

I was there for a Dr visit. The location near the hospital and the hospital discount both helped make an unpleasant day so much better. The staff was very helpful with my handicap needs. I would stay again any time!

Getting in and out of the parking lot was tricky

Traveling for an interview and realized late at night I needed 2 more copies of my resume. The night front desk person was extremely kind and helpful and printed 2 copies for me. When I arrived downtown for my interview it became evident that I would not return in time for checkout. I contacted the front desk and they extended my checkout by a half hour. It really lifted the stress of the morning. The rooms were perfect, bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this location.
