I liked everything. The reception staff were all so helpful. The room was great. I had a king suite with a friend and it was just like in the pictures. Breakfast was good ( my first time I was having an American breakfast). I also lost my luggage and the reception helped me with combs and everything I was missing. They also helped me to order food online by giving me their number because my European number wasn’t working. I will stay here again when back in Phoenix.

We were in Phoenix to visit family so the Hampton in was handy. We chose it because of the heated pool and spa which were fantastic as we like t👍 swim each morning. Breakfast was good too and I especially liked that there was coffee and tea available in the foyer also fruit and st night lovely biscuits. Bed was super comfy and we chose the suite which was so roomy and nice. Would highly recommend.

The staff were very lovely and accommodating from the get-go! I arrived at the hotel with only 1% left on my phone battery. I hen I asked if they had a charging station, they got a repairman to connect the PowerPoints in the lobby just so I could charge my phone. I was also supposed to check-in at 3pm, but instead they allowed me to check-in at 11am which was very convenient and something I was grateful for. The room itself was bigger than I expected, which is great because I love big spaces! The air conditioner worked wonders and the water pressure from the shower was amazing. I loved my bed and I was pleasantly surprised with how the main light was actually borders of the main mirror rather than a ceiling light. The location itself was nearby other shopping precincts, and so I got to experience many firsts as it is my first time here in USA. Overall, a pleasant experience was had at this hotel. I would highly recommend!

The front desk rep was so friendly and helpful and made our check in such a pleasant experience. She was so nice and quick and ran that desk like an expert. We loved the room and it was more spacious than any other room we stayed in. We loved that the parking was free and that there were spot to park in right next to the hotel.

The bed is super comfortable, I always sleep so well here. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

My second night stay I was in a room that faced Highland Ave., a very busy street no matter what time of day or night, so it was a little noisy. Also, the cooler/heater was one of the old ones by the window and they set it down to 67*. I was freezing so I turned it up and as soon as I did that, it started to smell like it was burning and then the smoke detector went off! I only turned it up to 74*! I thought the whole place was going to burn down. This was room 139, if anyone's interested. I turned it back to cool and left it on 74 in hopes I wouldn't get too cold. The rest of the night was uneventful, thank goodness lol

The size of the room and ease of check in. The room was large and had plenty of drawers and counter space. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were definitely the best ones I’ve slept on in a hotel in years. Our room was almost completely sound proof. We only heard voices from another room once. 99% of the staff were wonderful and helpful.

No instructions on how to access the pool or where the towels were located. The young lady at the front desk seemed annoyed when we called for extra trash bags, there was only one in the bin. Asked her where do we get towels for the pool, guess she seemed annoyed we asked.

No breakfast, due to flood and repair/maintenance. Was not told prior to stay.

I wish the hotel would’ve let us know that there had been a flood and the pool was out of service, free breakfast was not available, and lots of “closed off spaces”, etc.. or had given us a discount on our stay. I’ve stayed several times in the past few months, and although the staff was (and is) always amazing.. I would also liked to be considered a valued customer, and allowed some sort of “perk” or discount, due to the inconvenience.

Clean and comfortable.

Disappointed that there was no fruit on offer on 2 days out of my 3 for breakfast. Now that COVID is not as life threatening it would have been nice to have proper tableware and cutlery rather than disposable items. The map provided for the local area was of very poor quality and very hard to read, the local facilities were nearly 15 mins walk rather than the 5 minutes suggested by your receptionist. The swimming pool was smaller than I had hoped for and could have done with some more sun shades.

Location was great. Near restaurants and shopping. Clear path to the airport: 15 min drive.

Our room was up against the elevator so we heard elevator rumble. It didn’t interfere w our sleep but it was mildly annoying. Breakfast was mediocre.

The temporary breakfast room was spacious, but the food was not very good quality. The fruits were old and so were the hard boiled eggs. I had to spit both out when I bit into them both.

Currently you're under construction and I did not realize that, so feedback is that I miss the really good breakfast room you normally have and the hot breakfast that was served before, was excellent....this is what made me return.
