Convenience, price, and location.

I didn't like the fact that there were no cups, utensils, etc. in the room. It wasn't until I was settled that I saw the card indicating I would have to ask the front desk to get these items. When I did try to call the front desk the phone didn't work and then when I left in the morning there wasn't anyone around to tell. Overall, I will stay again.

Swimming!!!!!! We loved the pool., especially in this weather. Although the hot tub was out of service, dirty and didn’t heat up at all.

More cleaning in the hallways., especially stairways had a very bad musky scent and carpets seemed drenched in something that smells bad.

Room was large and comfortable. I like having an area with a couch to relax and watch TV in. The kitchen area is great, even though we didn't really use it during our stay. I will look for this hotel chain when I make longer stay reservations, for sure.

Everything was great ... no complaints.

Staff were excellent, much improved since my last stay.

My room just had an odd smell to it and I don't believe the AC filter had ever been changed!

The staff was great and made you feel comfortable. We needed an early check in and that was easy. I also traveled with my mom who is handicapped and a little cranky and they were able to just go with the flow and very understanding. The room was very clean and easy for my mom to get around.

What could have made that place better is if i found an envelope full of money that would have been the cherry on top.

Room 310 bathroom has mold on the ceiling. The shower rod is also rusting. There was no hair dryer, just a holder mounted on the wall.

I liked the fact that the room was ready and they had waited for me until I showed up even though I ran a little late on my arrival time.

I can't really say I didn't like anything. It's was good there and I will most definitely get another room there when I'm back in town and just need to chill and relax.

The room was great, loved having a seating area ... the kitchen area was more than we needed for our one night stay, but it was awesome! If I were planning a longer stay in the area, this definitely where I would want to be!

The staff was super friendly. Our room was tidy. The location was convenient for what we were out there for.

Our room faced the street, and it was quite loud. That is not the hotels fault though, but if you are a light sleeper, you will want a room on the opposite side of the building.

For the price, the room was very good with the mini kitchen. Being a disabled person, access to room was great and was able to manuever around easily

Parking could be better, the spaces were too narrow to safely park
