Clean, room was nice, staff was friendly

The only downside was that we got stuck in the parking lot because our parking ticket wasn’t working. we ended up having to pay $15 for parking in order to get out, even though we had gotten our ticket validated in the hotel. We tried calling for help but nobody answered. Later, when we returned, The hotel said they couldn’t refund us. Not a huge deal, but we were in a hurry that morning so it was a little annoying.

Roomy atmosphere. Nice and clean rooms. liked the outside patio in the room. The jacuzzi was fun. Having the bar was nice and the sofa and fireplace was a nice touch.

The restaurant was a disappointment. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but when you pay for breakfast included when you book your room, you get a couple eggs and a muffin. Not what I expected. Just say continental breakfast, be honest.

I liked the location of the property as we as the view from the 6th floor.

I didn’t like that the TV could not change to any other channel besides CNN news.

Property allows pets which is very nice, we traveled with 2 dogs and a kitten so this was important to us.

It was not cleared that breakfast was available for PURCHASE. If we had known we would have gone elsewhere for breakfast or had something other than a quick cereal, I paid over $40 for 3 people.

Bed was comfy and the pillows were smooth and comfortable. The room was good and the location awesome. 8 min drive from downtown phx. Short walk to the light rail. Pretty views and night. Staff was very nice.

This is not a park close to your room type of hotel. Also from the front desk to rooms is quite a walk. So, if you have any issues walking, this may not be your place. Kinda loud. The person in the room next to me screams when he sneezes, haha Lots of loud closing doors

Instead of putting us in a Garden Room, this time we were placed on the 4th floor, Corner King Room. It was large! The view of the city and the pool was beyond words! What a beautiful view! ³⅘⁵

I didn't like not having a balcony or a patio. I enjoy being able to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air while having my morning coffee. And, sitting outside in the evening while the sun fades another day away. I live looking up at the sky scrapers that surround the hotel. It's so much nicer with the patio. The six inch foot balcony just doesn't cut it.

The staff at the front desk went above and beyond; Booking .com had not sent the proper reservation information to the hotel and so the hotel had no knowledge of my prepaid reservation. The staff not only got on the phone with booking.com, they got a room for us and also honored the reservation even though I had misplaced my credit card. I can’t say enough good things about the front desk staff. Thank you!

We loved the location of our room. The swimming pool was just steps away. The room was inviting with a subtle decor. It was very clean with a great layout. The food from the restaurant was delicious. The service was great. Coffee pods were delicious and strong just the way we like it. We will definitely be returning. We decided that this would be the hotel I stay at after my knee surgery. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful end to a long drive from California! Superb!

The air conditioner was annoyingly loud! Eerytime it would turn on, it sounded like a bag of hammers was being tossed inside. I set the thermostat to 79 degrees, it turned on less but still made that horriblely loud noise. Someone should check it out. There is something wrong with the air flow unit. We had a patio but no patio furniture. All the other rooms had chairs and some even had tables. I took a chair from o e of the rooms that didn't have guests in it. Other than that everything was just wonderful. We will definitely be returning soon. I will need a place to rest after I have surgery.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were always smiling and willing to help.

The Queen bed was the size of a Full bed. The bed did not fit the wooden Queen frame. Also, the breakfast in the morning had little variety. I did not look at the menu, but for the buffet style food, there were no waffle makers like it showed in the pictures online.

We liked being able to catch the tram, just a short walk away!

We were confused about the breakfast. We thought we would get a breakfast included. The manager gave us a voucher, because it was a Special day for us, but were only allowed a muffin the first morning and eggs the second day.
