Very comfortable beds, and nice clean bathroom with plenty of towels. Nice seating area to talk and catch up with my friend. And a balcony! Liked having a fridge and microwave. Great breakfast every morning, and dinner every evening in the restaurant was outstanding. Very surprised and pleased with the quality of the food. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. It was very nice to not have to drive anywhere for dinner after a long day at the convention center. Enjoyed the cocktail hour too.

Drapes were very sticky and very difficult to open and close. A bottle of water each per day would have been appreciated. For breakfast, some nuts would have been a nice addition to the oatmeal.

This is the second time I have stayed at this location for a work conference. Great room, great price, great location, and really good customer service. I will more than likely stay here once again for next year's conference as well.

The only thing that was a little off was that there was a funny smell and dripping sound coming from the sink by the fridge, but only when I was running the bathroom sink. If I was there for more than the one night I would have notified someone, but didn't feel it was necessary for such a short stay.

The room was super spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome - especially the made-to-order omelette and the protein choices included. The staff were all friendly, attentive and accommodating. Paid parking was right across the walkway and seemed very secure and plentiful.

We had no major complaints. Fitnesss room was a bit on the small side such that the free weights could not really be shared by many people. The parking charge of $28/day seemed a bit steep, but overall the convenience and security was worth it.

The accommodations were very nice, it was nice having a separate living room area, Breakfast was super nice, hot food like eggs, sausage bacon potatoes pancakes waffles french toast and an omelette station on diff days ... It was nice having so many options. The bar staff was so funny and took good care of us, desk staff was very helpful. Love my stay well worth the price tag

Price but it's worth it

I like everything !! the location was so close to the light rail which made it easy to get to the AirPort and Downtown Phoenix. There is a nice street alongside the airport that I love, I walked it in the morning to get downtown. The staff were so friendly and amazing, there was a nice fellow at the bar who was great with small talk when serving the complimentary drinks. The breakfast was out of this world !! My room was a king suite, it was clean and fresh, the staff was available incase I needed anything at all like more cups and they respected my "do not disturb" sign in the mornings. Ultimately, I had THE best time. I will be staying there again.

The pictures of the pool made the pool look a lot bigger than it was, so I was disappointed with that.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We got two free drinks in the bar per person upon check in, unfortunately we missed that there was a time window to use them! In any case it was a nice gesture. Very nice and comfortable room.

The breakfast was OK, but not very celiac friendly. Although they had a made to order omelette which was nice.

Room was smaller than expected as a suite, breakfast didn't open until 7:30 on the weekend. It's not in the heart of downtown but there are a few things in walking distance

Beautiful Hotel! If I changed one item it would be the happy hour snacks. While I was in line for the snacks I heard multiple complaints such as, size of dish for food, choice of food and taste of food. I ate a few chips and I ordered a turkey club with fries, which was delicious! I am planning on returning soon.

Got a good deal and very convenient

The pool was a little small. One of the elevators was out. Breakfast used to be eggs made to order, now it’s just omelets. I understand paying for parking at a resort but not really a hotel. I’m sure that’s about everywhere now.

Breakfast is very good for American hotels, you can take omelets e other hot foods, not usual for American breakfast.

The crew in the first day wasn’t too receptive, specially when you have kids. We have a lot of luggage, plus stroller, car seat and other, anyone help us. For a 4 star hotel it should be better.
