Honestly the BEST STAY !! Literally everything was so clean. The staff was absolutely ridiculously friendly, except one woman who worked at night blonde hair, big girl, rude other than that everyone else was exceptionally amazing specially the morning manager with the blonde hair! She was absolutely so helpful. I can’t even put in words, how grateful I am for her taken care of. She took care of me. My day was amazing. I will definitely coming back!!! Amazing! Comfortable clean was just all in all 20 stars for sure.

Parking is a little rough and I don’t really like the fee behind it other than that no other complaints at all

Everything was wonderful!!!

Only hiccup was that when I booked I used a different card than we used at check-in. My niece gave her card to guy on duty and he took it, thought he swiped it. A day later, on my checking account, it showed that the room had been charged to my card and not hers. Put me in a little bit of a bind, but we managed. It may have been already charged to my card by the time we checked in. Other than that, everything was fine.

We were staying one night in PHX, and this hotel had everything we needed for a quick trip. Check in was easy, our room had plenty of space, and we were happy with the free breakfast and coffee service offered in the morning.

What could be better - the bed pillows. We only had 4 standard size pillows on a king size bed, and they really didn't have any support.

Upon arrival we ment a wonderful women who checked us in with no problems at all. Pool is open up to 11pm and they had a deposit fee of 50. Oh yea check out at 12pm and that's a plus for me and my family.

Parking fee was new to me to park on the parking lot but it wasn't bad $7.00 deducts from deposit fee.

The bed was comfortable,the room was clean, and the person at the front desk was friendly. .

The parking was not fun and the breakfast was very minimal. Af that price I was expecting a better variety. I've stayed in hotels that were 75 a night with a much better breakfast.

Breakfast was particularly good. Fruit was fresh, eggs were okay and bacon was good, lots of choices. Variety of condiments was available. Coffee was good. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable and well equipped.

Housekeeping knocked on our door and woke us up while we were sleeping at 09:10 am despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door. Need to train housekeeping better. To be fair, the "do not disturb" signs provided are small and blend in with the door. Need to get better signs.

Rooms were clean and nicely organized, decently soundproofed as well so I didn't hear any neighbors. It's at an excellent part of the city and there's a lot to do within 30 minutes of walking. It's well worth the money to stay here as well since it's quite secure as well

The bathtub had a few odd stains in the basin and I found that I couldn't completely shut off the water in the room. Other than that it was quite nice and cozy

Very clean, great breakfast options - LOVED the waffles!! Pool was nice, room was very clean, loved the fridge and coffee maker in the room.

Would have been nice for it to be a bit quieter, people in the halls were very loud at 2-5 in the morning.

The hotel is very well accessible even without a car thanks to the metro line running right in front of it. It is situated near the Heard Museum, which is pretty impressive. Staff is very nice and attentive. Breakfast has a lot of choices and there is a pool. Ice machine on the floor.

Being German I'm not used to AC. But after adjusting it, it didn't disrupt my sleep anymore.

It was an overall nice hotel. I liked that it had a separate bedroom. Them pool area was well-maintained and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast was mediocre and really needed potatoes, bacon, and biscuits and gravy.
