The Location was in walking distance to some attractions & restaurants. The staff was very helpful & friendly. The accommodations were great, The Diablo Rooftop bar is were it's at!! "Excellent' The food at the hotel was on point & very tasty. The drinks are reasonably priced. All & All had a great time in a short amount of days.
Me & bathroom sliding barn door were fighting. LOL!! It wouldn't stay open!! Come to find out from maintenance that the door track was bent & uneven on one side. It was all good though. No biggie! The TV was tricky & once again maintenance was there to show me how to work it & connect!! The cable people wired the systems incorrectly to another network. A couple of clicks through the HDMI portal & you're In!! LOL all good again! I can't remember his name but I have to give him a shout out to the maintenance guy for being so Nice, Friendly & Helpful!!

The location was ideal for our stay. The Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean. The valet personnel were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
There wasn't a pool which I wish I had known before hand. The "water feature" on the roof could be a pool. 😄 There is also no hotel parking, you have to find open spots on the streets surrounding the hotel, or pay $41 a night for valet parking, or pay $32 a night parking for a parking lot located behind the hotel, but is not associated with the hotel.

Did not have breakfast there as they were closed on Monday and Tuesday for breakfast. Location was good in the arts district
Should have brochures available (like at the tourist office downtown) so one could plan on local things and sites to see. Had only 2 brochures which were not useful. ie: botanical gardens, Phoenix art museum, info on metro (train), better walking map of downtown(3 errors we found adding lots more walking to our day). A list of local nearby restaurants with types of food offered.

First impression, the beautiful structure. Once I got inside, the hotel front desk employee was VERY NICE and VERY PROFESSIONAL! He was so nice! It was very clean and private! The Roof Bar was amazing! It made me feel FABULOUS! I will definately recommend to others and I will definately stay again! <3
The only thing I did not like was the parking. It was farther than expected and it was hot! I thought there would be a place where can unload our stuff easily. But the front looked like it was for VIP usage only? I didn't like walking the sidewalks where everyone could see me. Lol

Walking distance to train. Was able to get there easy on public transportation from the airport. Beautiful facilities that smelled amazing. Room was perfect. Cute & comfortable. No complimentary water, but they had it for sale for $3. I preferred the rooftop bar dining to the downstairs restaurant. They have slightly different menus. Also, the view was pretty.
No room service… so I had to eat in the restaurant which wasn’t really a bad thing I suppose. I’d skip breakfast here next time and go out. It was convenient, but not impressive.

The hotel was in a great location downtown, walking distance to many great restaurants. The rooms were standard and had what you need for a short stay.
The room I was in needed some attention, the window shade was in rough shape, many paint touch ups needed. There was loud live music coming from an outdoor nearby venue on a Tuesday night which required ear plugs for sleeping, I understand with a downtown venue that is hard to avoid but worth noting.

This hotel was such a cute and had very cool aesthetics. I loved everything about it for the price and location. It was super close to the concert venue and had so much cool things in walking distance (or even rent a scooter on Uber/Lyft). Super clean and provided with so much inside the hotel. A snack bar downstairs too that you can buy last minute or late night snacks. Definitely coming back if I am in Phoenix area! Quick Lyft ride to Footprint center or even walking is 20 mins which is so good!
Nothing!

I liked most things about the place. The bed was great, the bathroom well-appointed. I slept well.
Two things I didn't care for. For whatever reason, I was getting massive static electric shocks every time I tried to open my door. The really loud kind that you feel. The other thing was the lack of parking. I found street parking but there was a farmer's market going on nearby so there wasn't much parking, and the staff seemed short on ideas. I don't mind walking three blocks, but others might.

I liked how excellent the staff was. This was my 2nd time here. It was good as the first. And I really liked it how the Front Desk asked me what floor I wanted! I was shocked! Of course I picked Floor 6! My friend and I slept like babis and left feeling GREAT!!! So clean & so private! We also loved the Rooftop Bar! <3
Just the parking situation, we paid like $35+ to park. It's difficult to walk far with so mmuch luggage. But might try Valet next time? Other than that, noting else!

I booked the room based on location (I was working in town) and rate, it was within my company's guidelines. I walked there and really enjoyed my impression as I approached the property. then was happily surprised by the decor in the lobby, then stickers on the elevators and then blown away by the layout of the room. I truly wish that my trip would have allowed me to be there longer than I was and I definitely bookmarked it as a place to return to in the future.
I had no negative thoughts throughout my time there.
